"We've been visiting from New Mexico and heard amazing things about Jersey Mike's Subs. I won't ever go back to this place. The service was as equally poor as the sub. I wasn't allowed to make any modifications, and the person behind the counter told myhusband to move out of the way so he could help someone else (while we were still working on our order). For the amount of moneywe spent on a sub, which I'd heard great things about, I would have expected better quality and better customer service. I couldgo to a gas station and get a $3 sub with better customer care and save the money and the hassle."

The cookies are really good, I like how they cut the meat and cheese fresh right in front of your eyes to put on the subs.

The sub I ordered was overpriced for its small size. I requested pickles and onions, but they didn't include them. The chicken bacon ranch sub wasn’t very good either.

This is a fantastic Jersey Mike's location. The staff is always friendly, and my orders are consistently ready in no time. My mobile orders are always prepared by the time I get there.

I have been to multiple Jersey Mike locations in Wisconsin and I have to say this is my favorite one to go to. The food at all of the locations is wonderful but the staff here is always so upbeat and positive. I love interacting with them and it always makes my day (and my appetite) better when I stop in!

Just got back to work with my #26 chicken bacon ranch with no tomato except it has no cheese like it should or ranch and brown lettuce, this is the driest sub I have ever had from them and ended up throwing away it was so bad. Tried to call but noanswer, then it says leave a message and they will call you back but the voicemail is full so it just hangs up on you. Superdisappointed
