"This was everything the reviews said and more.Over 300 reviews, 5.0 rating, I had to see why and it delivered.I got there, ordered the tamales. Came with 3 tamales, rice and beans for $13. It was ready in THREE MINUTES.I was sitting in my car and the woman working the counter called for my order and I didn’t hear it, so she got out of the truck and started walking it to me. I hopped out and apologized for having her walk and she said would not accept the apology as she was there to help serve me. So service is 5 stars but it should really be 8 out of 5 stars.The food was incredible. I was a little upset they didn’t have any other tamales besides pork, but when I ate them they all three were incredible. Stuffed with plenty of filling and the salsas were hot, but very flavorful which made the heat worth bearing through. I killed the whole plate. I mean, even the rice and beans were plate cleaning worthy.I’m out here for work for the next couple weeks, I’ll definitely be coming back. Everyone should come here.I think they got it wrong when they called Colby the Oasis of the plains, because I believe this food truck in particular is the actually Oasis of the plains."

"This is kind of a sports bar, so if you're into that, you might like it. The food was good, but pricey. I had two large chicken strips and sweet potato fries for around $15. I ate here because I was traveling through on the way to Colorado for a wedding. It's open pretty late, which was great for me! They were also willing to accommodate special dietary needs (I have MCAS, so not the same as a classical allergy; I wouldn't call it an allergy free establishment, but they do try to accommodate you if you ask)."

"UPDATE: The salsa is not spicy but tastes fresh, and we are excited to start our meal with it and chips. We also enjoy the chicken fajita and regular taco salads. The chicken is delicious, but be sure to chew carefully - I have encountered bone slivers twice. There was once a cucaracha in the salad, which was off-putting, but not enough to deter us from returning. For vegetarians, there are plenty of vegetable options with a good variety. Parking is ample, but we have noticed potholes in the parking lot that have been present for over a year, which can be dangerous especially at night. Whoever is in charge of maintenance should address this issue. UPDATE: Wheelchair accessibility seems to be available."

"My wife, kids and I pulled off the freeway for the night and decided to try something off chain for dinner. The place looks and feels like just what you would expect out of a country bar out in the middle of nowhere farm town. Not fancy at all or charming at all! But what it lacks on bougieness, it has it in character and friendliness. Staff were super nice, the tenants were chatty, the food THE FOOD WAS AMAZING! and the music, well, no, the music sucked but it was great. Anyway, everything about this place makes you feel welcomed and makes you want to stick around for just one more round PS. This is now a new MUST STOP for us on any future roadtrips along I-70!!!"
