Two weeks ago, I ordered a sandwich at 9:30 PM and provided my work address. However, the order never arrived. When I called at 10:05 PM, I discovered they were closed. To my surprise, the delivery showed up at my home the next morning at 7 AM. I decided to give them another chance, but I regret it. The entire sub was soggy and did not taste good. I won't be ordering from them again!

As for the JJ sandwich ordering process, it’s confusing at best. They ask for names but never actually use them to label the sandwiches. My spouse and I each prefer the same sandwich (#7) but with different amounts of mayo, toppings, and oil and vinegar. Yet they always just mark them as #7, sometimes with obscure symbols that change with each order. It feels like we're playing a game of sandwich detective with every visit.
