Jimmy's Pizza Too - Piatti

My coworkers and I go to Jimmy's every week for lunch. The staff is very polite and welcoming. Food is always good. My go to is the Sunrise bowl. Place is always clean and the prices are fair!

When i go as a customer they are nice. When I go as uber driver lady in the front is rude and ignore me. I asked politely. “Roughly how long would it take?” She: “we are busy.” Lol Very two sided face.

I don’t know what happened recently but their pizza got so so much better! They went from a Greek style pan pizza that was mediocre and greasy to a really killer New York style where they nail every part of it! Some pizza doesn’t make for great leftovers but these do, try the mozarella sticks as well they’re excellent!

2nd chance. The first time they double billed me and had to go through my bank to get it fixed. The second time, I placed an order for four people. The subs had hardly any filling in them. It was all roll. I ended up giving my sub to my son to fill him up. There was hardly any steak and cheese in his sub roll. My nephew didn't get any sauces sent with his chicken finger sub. He had to eat the sub dry. They refused to bring to me the sauces that I requested. Absolutely horrible. I gave them ample opportunities to step up and they are just getting worse. No more chances. I spent over $30 and ended up with no food. When I requested a refund, the staff treated me dismissively and tried to blame me for issues with their faulty online ordering system that generated an error. My order was marked as a pickup instead of delivery, so I called to ask for a correction, but they told me they would cancel the order and never followed through. The person who appeared to be the owner even remarked that refunding me would be putting money out of their own pocket. From a business standpoint, this attitude is baffling, as they just lost a loyal customer thanks to their extremely unprofessional service.

They have just lost a long time customer 10/15/2022. Called in a lg pepperoni pizza and a lg pepper steak sub to pick up. They charged me $27.50. That sounded a little too high to me, so I looked at the huge menu board and could not find the pizza prices, the girl told me they don 't post them anymore, so I then asked for a takeout menu and she said we don 't put them out anymore? So when I told the girl the online menu quoted $12.75 for the pizza and 9.25 for the sub she became annoyed and 'with an I could care less attitude ' showed me the receipt $16.45 for the pizza and no where there to check? Paid it and left pretty upset never to return. btw the pizza was burnt and lousy.

I called today to order lunch for delivery to my workplace. The owner, who identified himself, asked for my phone number and address, which I provided. After giving my address, he inquired if it was a business, to which I answered yes. He rudely insisted on the name of the business. I explained multiple times that there are no signs, just the address, but he told me he couldn't process my order without the business name. I suggested he use the address I provided instead, reiterating that we don't disclose the name for security reasons.
