David and I ate here on Christmas Day (my birthday). Service was great and the food had a really good taste! We plan on turning our friend's onto this place very soon!!!

Great place, was a little slow. Probably through the construction on Main Street. Service was amazing and went through what they had. Food came in a contemporary mansion and tasted amazing.

This restaurant is nearly the best Chinese place I've been to in Maine. The portion sizes are modest, but the food is exceptionally well-prepared. From the outside, it may look like a hidden gem, but inside it's a different story—it's clean and welcoming. Highly recommended!

I had an amazing lunch at this restaurant! The egg rolls were as big as burritos, and they kindly accommodated my special request for General Tso chicken mixed with vegetables and lo mein. I was not expecting the portion size—it was huge! I couldn’t finish it, which is quite unusual for me.

I've been visiting this restaurant occasionally for the past four years. After the onset of COVID-19, like many businesses, they raised their prices. However, their prices have continued to rise consistently. Unfortunately, as prices have increased, the quality of the food has declined. The dishes now taste more generic, the sauces are thinner than before, and while the food is not bad for takeout, it feels highly overpriced. I would strongly recommend exploring other excellent Asian and Chinese dining options in the area instead of Jin Yuan.

The food here is excellent, and the waitstaff is incredibly friendly. I do wish I had a Chinese-speaking friend with me—maybe it would have earned me a smile from the owner. However, I came for the food, enjoyed it, and left feeling satisfied. I especially appreciated the freshly made crispy bread and butter they served as a starter while we waited for our main course. The wonton soup was pleasantly warm and not overly salty, and the egg drop soup was rich and delicious. They also served tea, along with small dishes for duck sauce to accompany the appetizers and sides. The hot chili was delightful too—not too oily, but packed with flavor. Visualizza piatti
