"I've been enjoying the spaghetti from the Viaduct since I was a kid. Back when they were located on Mechanic St, my family and I would go there together. It's truly the best spaghetti I've ever had! I've tried spaghetti from other places, but Joe's is definitely the best."

"I am hoping it was an off night. I made the reservation, but the place was packed, so they only had seating outside, so we took it. Not too crowded outside. They had music bingo going on. It was weird, the gentleman handling that came right over to us and asked if we wanted to play, he was very nice. That was it, 2 waitresses, but no one ever came over, and I looked one of them right in the eye and she looked away. We gave it 15 minutes like I said inside was packed), and then we left. This has NEVER happened there before."

I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent order I placed for a dinner party on 08/19/24 We were a party of five and each of us ordered individual plates, including Marsala, Frances, Carbonara, and Florentine. Unfortunately, all of the dishes were overcooked and lacked flavor, making them inedible for my guests and me. Additionally, we ordered Tiramisu, which was not fresh and seemed to have been stored for several days. The texture was dry, and the coffee flavor was barely detectable, leading us to believe it was not the authentic experience we expected. Given the circumstances, I would like to request a refund or credit for our order. While I appreciate your restaurant, this experience has led me to decide against ordering from you in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your response."

"While the food was wonderful, we got there at opening and placed our order. It took over an hour and a half to get our dinner because they take all carry out orders first (after an hour I started counting and counted twenty take out orders before us) we ended up having to ask for our diner to go. They got every dish wrong… when we asked to just send it all back they said no and that we needed to learn patients, that it had only been two hours. We used to go to this restaurant often but I doubt we’ll ever be back. It really was a terrible (and expensive) experience to wait hours to be charged hundreds of dollars for the wrong meal"

"I ordered a small meal that came with 2 sides and cornbread. I picked pulled pork, coleslaw, and the plain skillet mac cheese. The pulled pork was incredible. It was super tender and the BBQ sauce on the side. My 8 month old was gobbling it up. The cornbread was very dry but I dunked it in all the extra mayo from the coleslaw. I didn't like the crumble on top of the mac cheese but it was good.The last time we visited this location for take out, 2020, the food was terrible and we said we would never be back. I'm glad I gave it another chance."

"We are Indian food lovers. We ordered the garlic naan, fish Tikka Masala, aloo ghobi, and biryani rice. Hands down the most flavorful Indian dishes we have ever tasted. We have ordered all of these items before and never has it been this delicious. This is our new favorite spot. And the service was amazing. So attentive and kind."
