"To make matters worse, they laughed about the situation, making me feel very awkward and uncomfortable. I also had to wait longer than expected for my order, despite UberEats indicating it was ready (though that wasn’t my main concern). As I was leaving with my order, they yelled, “Get out of here, Door Dasher!” just to clarify, I’m actually an engineer who loves to try local cuisine when I travel. While I didn’t expect a warm send-off, their comments were completely uncalled for, rude, and immature. I am very disappointed, and the whole experience made me feel incredibly uncomfortable. I never thought I’d say this, but I won’t be returning to this place. I’ll also be sharing this experience with my friends and family. I can’t believe a paying customer would be treated this way."

I’m from NYC, but I was expecting good pizza anyway because of the pics and reviews, but man that was great pizza! The upside down slice!!! Sheesh, the pizza is lovely, Nina too, and the place itself is really cool too!

Great pizza... Stopped here for pickup after a long day driving. Good thin crust with great crisp. Sauce was fresh and very tasty. Could have used a few more toppings each but overall a great spot to stop for a pizza in Utica. Visualizza piatti

ordered online for extra crispy but it seemed regular to me. either way it was good (my frail grandma ate a whole slice which means a lot). picked it up and it was on time. i ate it about 15 mins later so maybe woulda been a 5 had i not. in a cozy area even tho it’s near a busy road. not disappointed overall.

Walked in from a long drive and was welcomed. Ordered the Italian sub, garlic knots and a chocolate chunk cookie. The sub was great and enough for 2 people. Very good quality ingredients and prepared quickly. Delicious! Garlic knot was soft and tasty. Chocolate chunk cookie was soft with a good amount of chocolate chunks. Service was very good and they were there to help and let you enjoy yourself.
