"High price small portion subpar food with no service. Breakfast omelette was not cooked right. Chicken sausage tasted like cardboard. Toasts were dry and cold. $9 bullet proof coffee was weak and watery. We ordered sourdough but got white bread. We were charged more for the prices showed on the menu. When asked for a carafe of water, the server grabbed a leftover one from the next table to give to us. I was hoping for much better food in Aspen. We will not be back."

While it may be on the pricey side, it's to be expected in Aspen. The restaurant offers a variety of nondairy milk options and their latte was delicious. We tried the vegan breakfast sandwiches with sausage and cheese, which were a bit small but very flavorful. The menu also includes a vegan burrito option.
