"I took photos of the sub as soon as we received it, and it really fell short of our expectations. There were just two very thin slices of turkey, and we didn’t receive the American cheese we had requested. When my husband called to discuss the issue, the staff asked us to bring the sub back. However, since we live 7 miles away, returning it would require a lot of gas, which felt unreasonable. We offered to send them a picture instead, but they suggested that the manager would handle it. This location definitely needs to make some changes if they want to be one of the better Jreck’s Subs around."

The restaurant is spotless and the staff members are extremely friendly. Although the seating area is somewhat limited, the food is outstanding. Overall, I would give the dining experience a perfect 5 out of 5 for its food, service, and atmosphere.

Order my food and pay for it and wait 15 minutes for my me fryer thing and my sub. Sub wasn’t even cooked and after 15 mins got half my order bc he never started my food. They jump all over and try to make 4 orders at once and forget half of everything.
