"Unfortunately, I have been unable to find a burger restaurant with good food, reasonable prices, and customer service. This was my second visit to this place. The first time was fine, but this time was incredibly disappointing. The girl at the counter seemed reluctant to provide me with the prices for the combo and a la carte options. After ordering and paying, I received a small drink cup and discovered that one of the machines was not working. When I asked for help, the girl ignored me until I rudely interrupted a conversation to inquire about the machine. She simply turned a key to switch it on without offering an apology or acknowledgment. Upon receiving my order, I noticed that the onion rings were severely overcooked. After bringing it to their attention, they remade them, but it appeared as though they just placed the same ones in a different bag. I left with no intention of ever returning, feeling like my business was not valued. It seems like that's what the girl at the counter wants anyway."

The food at this restaurant is delicious, but the service could be improved. The interior could use a remodel or at least an update in the dining area.

The customer service is amazing! They are always so helpful and they always greet each customer with a smile and being polite! Highly recommend the Angry Chicks!!

the food is so good but they can work in there customer service. they have this girl that’s super skinny black hair and white she was so rude and just starring everyone down. she looks like she doesn’t want to be there and acts like she’s not there to work like she’s there to just be talking. great place just do better. I love the food at this restaurant and it's always a must-have when I come back to visit. Originally from Visalia, but now living in Vegas, I went through the drive-thru today. The girl who gave me my order gave me a look when I asked if there was ranch in the bag. I understand that customers might ask, but that doesn't mean you should give a face. This happened around 3:30pm today.

Food is delicious. Best burgers I had in Porterville. The food is always fresh and consistently made. If you like burgers try the , 2 Super Deluxe special . The price is reasonable and 2 fill myself up. Staff are always polite and keep busy cleaning or wiping down counters or what not. The location is always busy in the Vallarta parking lot is why the atmosphere could be improved. Work with what you got and do a great job with it. Thanks Js Burgers , Josh F.
