"The establishment was beautifully decorated and very exciting to walk into. We arrived early for our 5pm reservation by 25 minutes and the hosts graciously offered to sit us immediately. We were celebrating our oldest daughter’s 9th birthday, we planned to get apps, milkshakes, dinner and some alcoholic beverages. Our waitress clearly had a large section of tables to care for which I believed took away from the experience. When she greeted us, she came over with waters and asked what we would like for drinks/ apps. As it was my daughter’s birthday we allowed the kids to order milkshakes to start before dinner and we ordered Mac cheese pops, rainbow sliders. The Mac cheese pops were the highlight of our experience, they were exact copy cats of the Cheesecake Factory ones, 10/10. The rainbow sliders were not edible. The buns were hard and it seemed they had been sitting around a while, the burger itself was chewy. My daughter ordered the fried Oreo milkshake. She loved the appearance and definitely gave her the ooooo-ahhh effect we were going for. She said the milkshake was very yummy. Some of the topping included were fried Oreos, and pancakes. The pancakes were burnt/ very charred on one side. It took about 20 minutes for the apps to come out but it took close to 40-45 minutes for the milkshakes. Normally, we don’t mind waiting however we did not see our server during this entire time. She took the drink/app order, other staff dropped off the food, so the next time we saw her she brought the bar Drinks one milkshake, immediately left to go get the other milkshake. So after all this time, when she brought the last shake we told her about the sliders,she did offer new ones but at this point she hadn’t even taken our dinner order and we have been then for over hour. We ended up making the decision to bring our kids to a different restaurant for dinner because of how the experience was going. So after leaving Sugar Factory with empty stomachs we went to HardRock."

"Overall great service from wait staff. Had to wait about minutes for a reservation with a reason that the table needed to be cleared, but the table they seated us at was clean and set when we we checked in. Food was great. Waitress was great, but small table with multiple people and shared dishes and no one bussed the empty glasses or dishes until after the meal, making things congested."

"My experience at Hard Rock was very enjoyable. I was there for a bachelor party of 6 people. We were seated in the back room which was decorated very nicely in accordance with the theme of the restaurant. The food was amazing, and our adult beverages were made correctly and delicious. The only disappointment we had was expecting a live band, as I have experienced in the past. Maybe because it was a Thursday, they did not have one, but it would have been a great addition to dinner. I would recommend, and I will return!"

"My boyfriend and I went to the casino for date night on Saturday. Most places were packed and had along wait or We were not exactly dressed to impress. We got to David Burke and there was a wait but the hostess was able to fit us in at the bar facing the kitchen. It was the coolest seat in the house. Watching the process was neat. Regardless of how we dressed we still received top notch service. The staff was incredible and the food was even better. The clam chowder, prime rib and steak were melt in your mouth delicious. Compliments to the chef!! This is our new favorite spot and we will be back soon! Highly recommend."

"We had a reservation for a date night before a show. We arrived, were sat and placed our order. Nothing extravagant, just a salad for both of us and our entrées. After 45 minutes of not seeing our waiter or hearing from anyone, our Caesar salads come out. Aside from being the most mediocre Caesar I’ve had in a long time it took 45 minutes to come out. The kitchen brought them out also, so still have not been checked on by our waiter in 45 minutes at this point. Another 45 minutes passes and still no word from our waiter and no other food comes out. At this point we realize time is winding down to when we need to be ready for the show. We go to see the hostess to let her know that we haven’t seen the waiter and all we’ve received in an hour and a half is a Caesar salad. She doesn’t send a manager or our waiter over. At this point I managed to flag down our waiter and we ask for the check and left. Hour and a half and only a Caesar salad without any explanation or apology. Worst time at a restaurant in a long time and we’ll never be back."
