I love spicy food! However, it's just an option here. You should let them know if you prefer your dishes to be spicier and saltier.

Ordering was quick and easy; you simply write down what you want on a sheet, and they prepare the bowl for you. The ingredients were fresh, and everything tasted excellent!

I ordered a bento box and I watched a nice family prepare it fresh in the kitchen. They even made me the most amazing fried rice with my meal for no extra charge. The food was so delicious and wonderful. I look forward to returning very soon.

Pretentiously priced entrees. If the food actually tasted to the level of the pricing, it’d be worth it. I first visited this restaurant several times before the pandemic, but my recent visit about a week ago revealed a significant transformation. The name is misleading, as the menu primarily features Japanese dishes such as bento boxes, udon, and sushi. I was genuinely disappointed with the selection and saddened to see the Korean dishes have disappeared. It doesn’t compare to what it once was. To be honest, I’m surprised they’re still in business given the extent of these changes. They do have some decent lunch combo deals, but I’m unsure if it’s worth a trip otherwise. Unfortunately, it’s no longer a Korean bowl. They should consider rebranding to "J-Bowl" to better reflect the menu they now...

I have never written a review before but I was peeved enough to actually write one for this place. Like others I am a college student low on money and the times I went here to get a poke bowl I knew it would be promised with packed scoops of fish. Except for the past 3 times I went they really tried to tell me I had gotten all of what I paid for... tf no ma'am I've been there plenty of times to know how much I typically get. On the positive side, the tempura was excellent—definitely a 5/5. It had a nice crisp texture, great flavor, and paired wonderfully with the dipping sauce. It was definitely worth it! However, the chicken katsu with curry was a different story. I would rate it just 1/5. They served an enormous amount of rice, enough for three people, but the portion of the chicken cutlet and the small bowl of gravy was very disappointing in comparison. I finished the chicken in just five bites, leaving me with a mountain of rice and only a little gravy.
