"I went to Kelly's for the first time tonight and was hoping for a beach vibe in Beaver County. However, my experience was disappointing in many aspects. Our appetizer was subpar, with lukewarm crab dip and stale chips. The waiter did not offer to replace them, which was frustrating. My $17 salad was mediocre, and my husband's Cod platter was mostly breading. The prices did not match the quality of the food. Service was slow, and it took 20 minutes to get a Diet Coke. The online menu did not match the in-house menu, which felt deceptive. Overall, I will not be returning to Kelly's and wish I could get a refund for my unsatisfactory meal."

We discovered a hidden riverside paradise in Bridgewater, right next to the business district in Beaver. The tranquil Kelly's Island area at the back was very peaceful and laid-back.

Went for Drinks around 10:40pm. Nice crowd and nice bartenders.I had an all around good experience. They have a nice beach setup out back with a tiki bar. My friends and I sat inside to catch up. We all had a good time.

loved the tiki bar vibe with palms, tropical flowers and sandy bottom. their tropical drinks were very delicious. good food. they were from ceviche when we visited (bummer.) the crab fries that were in order (only spiced pommes as advertised we will definitely be back.

While the outdoor sand area is fun, it's difficult at best to sit outside if ordering beer. Servers don't have a beer list and don't know what they have in stock,, which makes it difficult to order. Food is ok, ordered the jerk chicken wrap, what came out was a grilled chicken wrap. Not sure if they forgot the seasoning or what, but not what I was expecting.

We've gone to Kelly's maybe four or five times over the last 10 years love the atmosphere drinks are good but their food is just never been on par and yesterday was no exception ordered a California club sandwich did not come with avocado or the ranch dressing. I ordered hot wings they were so dry that there wasn't even a drop of sauce in the bottom of the basket where the wings were.
