I visited this restaurant after a day at Universal, craving some wings. My boyfriend and I arrived around 11 PM, and there was no line at that time. The wings were fantastic! The only downside was my drink, which had an unusual taste. Aside from that, everything else was great.

The restrooms were not clean. The food was acceptable, but not worth the price. Given how empty the restaurant was, it took quite a while for the food and beer selections to be served. The server was courteous, but had some difficulty understanding that I wanted an IPA, which wasn't a major issue.

The Chick Next Door Sandwich had dry chicken, soggy bun, and fries are soggy and disgusting. The Pretzel Bites didnt have any salt on them. I paid $50 for the 2 terrible items and a mediocre Chicken Quesadilla. 10/10 do NOT recommend. Plus if you google it they have hygiene issues in the restaurant. Visualizza piatti

If I could give negative stars, I would. After we placed our order, it took 38 minutes for our food to arrive, and it didn't come out at the same time. I had to complain just to get our order brought out. The onion rings were overcooked. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place at all. This isn't my first bad experience here, but it will definitely be my last.

Good food and good service. I'm not sure it's politically correct to say but this is a breastraunt, the staff definitely look uncomfortable in their work attire. They have a great bar area with a number of beers on tap. The wings are currently (Nov 2021) market priced, similar to what you see with lobster. Extremely large menu ranging from wings to burgers to pizza. This is a no mask required facility, so no masks for employees or customers.

"The beer is served ice cold, and the atmosphere is lively with plenty of staff available to take care of everything. They have five games playing on multiple TVs, which adds to the excitement. The hot wings are absolutely perfect, and I highly recommend trying the curling basket. However, the stool seats are quite uncomfortable. The county needs to address the potholes at the street entrance. The staff is a delight—friendly and professional. Overall, it’s a great place to have fun!"

I found the chicken to be overly large and bland. I ordered it hot, but it just tasted like fried chicken with nothing but salt and pepper for seasoning. There was sauce included, but I could hardly taste it. The pieces of chicken were way too big, and the larger ones ended up being soggy. I don't care if you were about to close; my chicken should have been cooked properly. This was my last visit to any of your locations, and I'm disappointed to have wasted $12—I'm thankful I didn't get a combo. On a positive note, the customer service was nice, but I can't recommend the chicken. I’d suggest going to Flyers instead.

We have enjoyed this restaurant for a while, but we've had a couple of disappointing experiences. Twice, they were out of the sauces we wanted—medium and mild garlic parmesan—and they also didn't have steak frites. Last week, when we ordered over the phone, they assured us our order would be ready when we arrived. However, when we got there to pick it up, we discovered that they had never placed the order. We had to reorder and wait again, only to find out that our order still wasn't in the system. Eventually, they placed it again, and we finally left with our food.
