I really enjoy the coupon deals at KFC! The staff at the drive-thru are very friendly.

Ordered from the app from the only KFC that exists in Tumwater, the app said the order was ready, went to pick it up and they said the order didn't exist. Checked the address in the app and it's the same address.

They asked me to pull to the front and said they would bring my food to the front when it was ready. They made me wait around for 20 minutes like an idiot just for me to finally go through the drive thru again and they had it ready. Visualizza piatti

When I shared my concerns, the manager or supervisor came to the window and rudely told me to move. I requested to stay until someone arrived, but she firmly said I couldn't and insisted I drive away immediately. I will never come back to this place.

The shift manager was awesome ? polite courteous; and very respectful. The dining area was kept neat and very clean. All dispensers were full. Every time I come here to pick up an order, I get home and it's missing items. Tonight my order was missing both the individual sides. That's not a thing I should have to have concerns about when doing a quick pick up, but I guess I'll have to check the bag before I leave now, if I even come back to this location. My go-to order at KFC is the 8-piece chicken bucket, half crunchy and half original, along with two sides: mashed potatoes and coleslaw. I appreciate how they highlight the farms that supply their ingredients and acknowledge the chefs who prepare the meals on their menu. My husband and I often get this when we're busy, as it provides us with enough food for several meals.

It's been years since my last visit to a KFC, and I have to say my experience on the mainland was quite disappointing. The atmosphere and service did not meet my expectations. I believe the manager could significantly enhance the business by displaying more kindness towards the staff and treating customers as individuals instead of just numbers. It might be a long time before I consider returning, if I decide to come back at all.

Had a mobile order.the order said it would be ready at 7:13.I understand the building is under construction so I had to go threw drive thru to pick up my mobile pick up. Then waited 23 min in the parking lot after the time it said my food would be ready.waited till they served another car that came after me..said i was waiting gave me cold food..told me it was fresh..very rude employees.
