This has to be the worst place to eat in all of Gardner. At 1 PM, they had no chickens available. I've never had a positive experience there. I think the whole place should be torn down. I won’t be returning. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The chicken was dry, no utensils were provided, and the soda was completely flat without any ice. It was the worst $14 I have ever spent. I would not recommend this restaurant at all. The service was for takeout and the price per person was between $10 and $20.

I placed a $50 order through the app, but when I arrived, I was told they couldn't fulfill any of the items. I was quite disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered a meal that included a soda, a couple of tacos, and two waters. However, they placed the water on top of my meal, charged me $3 for the soda, and then charged me again for the two waters. The food was also soggy, which is typical for KFC, I suppose. Overall, I was frustrated by the high prices.

Recently, we purchased our final bucket of chicken from KFC only to find that they no longer use the 11 herbs and spices in their recipe. The crispy chicken skin was disappointingly bland. The service was satisfactory, and we opted for a takeout meal for lunch. The price per person ranged from $20 to $30. Overall, we rated the food quality as 1, service as 4, and the atmosphere as 4.

I waited at the drive-thru window for more than five minutes and greeted the staff several times. Despite the fact that there were no other customers in line and only a handful of people inside, I was completely ignored. As I was on my lunch break and in a hurry, I eventually decided to pull up to the window. Even then, I waited another five minutes before anyone came to help me. When a staff member finally showed up, they just stared at me without saying a word. I tried to express my frustration and place my order, but the attitude I encountered was unacceptable.
