This restaurant consistently delivers excellent service and pays great attention to detail. The Spicy Chicken Sandwich Nuggets Box Meal is truly outstanding!

The chicken nuggets lacked flavor, and the fries were soggy and cold. The only dish I found enjoyable was the mashed potatoes with gravy, but there wasn't enough gravy to really enhance them.

Every time I've been here, it's a 30-45 minute wait. Service is beyond pitiful. It seems the employees don't want customers. I've concluded this KFC location is either: 1) A front for a money laundering operation 2) The worst managed KFC inthe world Visualizza piatti

Probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Girl in drive thru was extremely rude. Short changed me 1.50. Gave me a half full soda. 0 napkins even when asked for. No sauce that was asked for. And handed the food out the window without evenlooking what she was doing. Terrible customer service.

It's becoming increasingly difficult to find a good fast food meal these days. The food was mediocre; the chicken was tough, likely because it had been sitting out for a while. We were the only ones dining in during our visit, and we only saw three employees. The price has risen from $5.00 to $7.49 for a three-piece tender meal, which just isn't worth it anymore, especially considering the decline in both quality and service.

This restaurant had a very limited menu, primarily offering only chicken legs, thighs, or breasts. This might explain why some customers left feeling dissatisfied, as there were no options for wings, tenders, or sandwiches. Consequently, I had to choose a box meal, which was priced higher than I expected. While the food was tasty, the lack of variety and the inconvenience of not being able to order what I really wanted led me to deduct 2 stars from my overall rating. Visualizza piatti

I went through the drive-thru and was instructed to come to the window because the sign was broken. I waited for 20 minutes until the line cleared. When I reached the window and asked for an 8-piece chicken order, I was told, "I'm sorry, we don't have any chicken." I was taken aback—what are they selling then? Just sides? Chicken is literally in their name! I ended up driving away without any chicken and don't think I'll be returning since they don't actually sell it.

DO NOT RECOMEND!!! Placed online order. Cannot pick up from lobby have to wait in the drive thru. 1st time thru I was given the wrong order. 2nd time thru I was treated as it was my fault they gave me the wrong order stating I gave them the wrong name. Then they gave me my order and yelled at to keep moving because I wanted to check my order at the window instead of waiting in the line a third time. When I got home the order was still wrong and screwed up. Shorted a piece of chicken in the basket, biscuits smashed, and large fries half full.

I went through the drive-thru, and it was a complete disappointment. I'm not going back. The chicken was terrible, and the staff were unfriendly. I ordered a 3-piece all-white chicken dinner, and they messed it up. Instead, I received just two items, French fries—no biscuits—and the lid on the coleslaw was off, making a mess everywhere. I also got a small tea. What I was supposed to receive was 3 pieces of white meat: that means 2 wings and 1 breast, along with mashed potatoes and brown gravy, and 1 biscuit with butter and jelly in the box. This was nowhere close to what I ordered! I'm headed to Lee's instead! Visualizza piatti
