"I visited the drive-thru and ordered a 4-piece chicken tender meal, added extra biscuits, and asked for two large sides of mashed potatoes with gravy. When I got home and started serving plates for my kids, I noticed there was only one small bowl of gravy for the two large sides of potatoes. Shouldn’t you receive a gravy for each side? Additionally, when I opened the box, I found only three chicken tenders instead of the four I had ordered. This kind of mix-up happens far too often! I usually don’t voice my complaints, but this time it’s just too much! I live 30 minutes away, so it’s not easy for me to jump back in the car to address the issue!"

I dined at the restaurant around 3:04 PM, and unfortunately, the chicken I received was the worst I've ever had. It tasted like it had been sitting out for at least five hours—cold, burnt, and incredibly dry. The biscuit was also extremely hard.

I placed an order for pickup and arrived at the scheduled time, but I watched three people, including someone with an order twice as large as mine, get their food after me. I ordered at 8:46 PM but didn’t receive my food until 9:44 PM, and only after I complained.

I recently ordered an 8-piece chicken meal from KFC and was disappointed from the beginning. They were out of crispy chicken, and when I got home, half the pieces looked stale or overcooked. One of the chicken breasts appeared to have been cut in half before cooking, leaving me with only one full breast. For $19.64, this experience has cost them my business. "I wouldn't give this restaurant a perfect 5 due to the quality of the food. I agree with the previous review that the portion sizes are relatively small compared to what you pay. However, it's definitely the best place in the tri-county area for authentic Italian cuisine. I ordered a half portion of lasagna, a salad, and two breadsticks for $12. The salad was quite basic, consisting of iceberg lettuce, a slice of cucumber, and two cherry tomatoes. On the bright side, the homemade ranch dressing was outstanding, and I requested some cheese, which they brought to me. The lasagna had a limited amount of ham, but I really enjoyed it. This time, my breadsticks were a bit hard, but usually, they're soft and delicious. My friend ordered chicken Alfredo, and it was the first time either of us tried it — it was even better than my lasagna! Overall, I would recommend this restaurant for a good quality meal, although you should be aware that it can be a bit pricey. My total came to $33 for half-sized meals and a tea."

"The food was amazing the waitress even though she was extremely busy she was amazing. This place where there's not really alot of anything was one of the best roadhouse steak houses I've been too. My husband had the sirloin and I had the steak strips everything was great. The sweet potatoe could've been baked a little longer but other than that it was great. If you're ever near renos in wise I suggest going. Service: Dine in"

"Very unprofessional people who hung up 4x in a row when I made them aware that they put beef in my mom's veggie fajita order. I had made it very clear that we do not eat beef and pork and it is against our religion! Still on my mom's birthday we had to throw away her meal. After calling to request a refund and letting them know I would come in for it, the owner denied they made an error and after I said I would gladly send a picture hung up on me again. I am new to town and this was a very poor welcome and I would not recommend their service or food. Never been more disappointed. It is okay to make an error but to act so rudely and selfishly is terrible customer service!"
