"KFC has really declined recently, but this location was the worst experience I've ever had! When we walked in, we were the only customers present. There was one car in the drive-thru, yet we waited five minutes before anyone acknowledged us. After taking our order, we waited 15 minutes only to see a guy walk in, place his order, and receive our food while we were given his order instead. They then took everything back and didn’t even give my wife her original meal. The soda machine was filthy, as if it hadn’t been cleaned in ages, and one of the dispensers was completely out of ice. The restrooms smelled like sewage, and overall, the entire place was very unclean. It was simply unbelievable."

Since I returned to town, I've been to this KFC multiple times, and every visit has been a delight with hot, fresh food. The quality of the food is fantastic, and the service has been outstanding.

I ordered an eight-piece meal with extra crispy chicken but ended up with no thighs, three rubbery breasts, two wings, one decent leg, and one that wasn't even good. My wife loves thighs, so she's not happy, and that means no one is happy. Come on, guys!

Hats off to the KFC in Pulaski! The food is always top-notch, and the service is wonderful. Unfortunately, the KFC in Lewisburg leaves much to be desired, as it lacks in both food quality and service. It may be worth contemplating the closure of that location.

During my visit, I noticed that the floors and tables were not clean, and I wouldn't recommend using the bathroom. The restaurant really could use more thorough cleaning. "Tried Big Belly in Pulaski, VA for the first time, dining in or otherwise. I don't like leaving bad or negative reviews... everyone has off days, even restaurants.Good things first: There's a very pretty mural on one wall. I ordered the Grilled Chicken Salad and it was good. Very open parking area. They give big portions, pretty good quantity for the price. The service was okay, the waitress was young and probably still learning, she was very nice though. Inside wasn't very busy at 4-ish on a Saturday, there was only one table occupied when we walked in.Cons: my boyfriend ordered the Chicken Marsala... I had more chicken on my salad than he had on his whole plate, it was mostly fettuccine (when I googled Chicken Marsala it showed chicken cutlets, not pieces, with fettuccine on the side.. but idk much about that dish). They had a TV in 3 corners of the dining area, each showing different stuff, (a food show, NFL network, CNN) but the only one with the sound turned up was the one with CNN on.. makes more sense to me to have the one showing a food show with the sound up.. but that's just my personal opinion.Overall, it was okay.. I would recommend getting to go orders, they had many people come in to get take out while I was there."

"Amazing breakfast biscuits but mediocre lunch. Breakfast experiences have been AMAZING but afterwards the food seems more below average in most cases. Not bad and would still rdcomend, but seems to be room for improvement."

"Ordering takeout food always comes with some risk, no matter where you go. However, my husband and I were pleasantly surprised with our recent order. The service was fantastic, even over the phone, and our food arrived warm and fresh despite the 35-minute journey home. It tasted just as delicious as if we were dining in the restaurant. We were impressed by the quality of the food and the affordability of the dining experience. It was a top-notch meal from the car to our kitchen table. I would give it 10 stars if I could. We will definitely be returning and recommending this place to everyone. Thank you for the great experience."

"I don't understand why it's so difficult to find a good biscuit. The ham was clearly not fresh, as it was tough and hard. The biscuit crumbled into five pieces on top and was equally disappointing on the bottom. I couldn't even eat it. For the price, I expected much higher quality food."

"the world of the world manager was the worst thing I saw. She closed that window because I told her we missed a drink. she took her name tag so I don't have her name. then she wouldn't even give me the tee she had someone else to ask me to pull up and wait for, I said that I didn't sit here for 5 minutes after she had blown the window and she didn't come back. the girl gave me the tee in less than a minute. this type of person does not need to be a manager. She's bad for business."
