Kokomo's - Piatti

First time there. It seemed like it was on the verge of closing down. Sad. A great location. Needs a cosmetic overhaul. Appetizer was awful. Very greasy fried calamari. We didn't stay to order dinner. Drinks were good. Sitting out on the sand was very nice.

This was our last stop for drinks at the end of the season and end of our trip to New York in the fall. Didn't have to wait for seats or service at the end of October. Lovely sipping drinks by the seaside. May have to come here again during peak seasonand get food too.

Their way of online ordering by app is extremely difficult and unnecessary. They claim they are short staffed but they have food runners. You cannot go up to the bar and order a drink you need to do it by the phone. There were about 3 other tables there and by 9pm it was empty. Visualizza piatti

Had a fantastic experience at this place. No need to bring cash, as they only accept credit and debit cards. Located right on the beach, so it's best to make a reservation in advance. For $35, you can rent a Cabana and enjoy a full day on the beach. You can bring your own food and drinks to enjoy in the Cabana. Highly recommend it!

Hello! This place is perfect for sitting on the beach and enjoying a drink. We didn't try the food, but we ordered the drink special which was a creamsicle with an orange base and vodka mixed drink for $13. It was a bit small, but it came in a glass with the business name on it. We paid in cash. The bartender and all the staff were very friendly. We will definitely come back one day to try the food.

I don't have a problem with the restaurant having us order and pay on the app. But once our food was delivered, nobody checked in to see if we were happy or if we needed anything. The staff was nice, but mostly MIA. The food was EXTREMELY salty. My husband commented that both his soup and tacos were too salty and I couldn't eat the prawns that were included on my salad... they were inedible. Beware, you go there and you have to place your order on your phone and pre-pay before they even put it in. There is no one to give you any type of service, my husband‘s food was over cooked even though he ordered his pork chop medium. No one bothered to check if our food was okay, I would not return. If I wanted to go to a kiosk to order food I’d go to McDonald’s. We have been going there previously, and it was a totally different experience. Technology does not replace service. Poor decision on their part to implement the system.

I thought it was a fantastic idea to visit the beach on Friday, and I was not disappointed! The restaurant is located right on the beach, with tables set up in the sand just 50 feet away from the water. They only accept debit and credit cards, which was convenient. The ordering system was unique - you can keep a tab open and order as much food and drinks as you'd like, and you can even add others to your tab for online ordering. The food was delicious, the views were stunning, and the service was excellent. I highly recommend this place! They also offer cabana and beach chair rentals for a small fee.

My friend and I were in the area and had heard great things about Kokomos, so we decided to stop! We were sad that there was no open table for toes-in-the-sand food, but we ate under the covered outdoor bar, which was also beautiful. The view was great and we loved the mood with the palms! My friend loved her short rib tacos and the cocktail of the day that was called the sea breeze. It was cool that they also gave a souvenir glass! I liked my lobster bisque, but could have done without the microgreens above. I saw many things on the menu I wanted to try, so next time I come with a bigger appetite!
