"The exterior of the restaurant may appear old and questionable, but the interior is surprisingly nice and clean. The service was decent, with friendly and polite staff. Some may find the language barrier off-putting, but it was just a misunderstanding. One of the older Korean waitresses tended to repeat herself, but it was just her way of showing urgency. The quality of the food varied depending on the dish - the tofu soup was not great, but the spicy raw crabs were delicious. The restaurant offered a wide selection of side dishes. Overall, it was a good experience and we plan to return."

Went for the spicy marinated raw crab. One order was enough to feed 2 people, and it tasted great. It's a bit pricy but definitely worth.

I visited this restaurant years ago and had a great experience. However, my recent visit was a disappointment. The food was just average and the customer service was even worse. I do not plan on returning in the future.

Our favorite Korean restaurant in the Bay Area, and one of my favorite restaurants in the world. I’ve been coming to this place with my family for almost 30 years! : They use the best ingredients, and they never skim on the proper cooking process. This is real, authentic Korean food, and we love it here.

Been going to Korean palace for years. Remember when they had a sushi bar and a fountain in the restaurant.Family run restaurant with top quality meats. We love bulkogi and Kalbi short ribs. I have been going to Korean palace sense 1987, great family business. Owners, and the sons are very welcoming, they make you feel like family. Great customer service, food is excellent!!! I love the atmosphere. I was first introduced to Korean Palace by my then boss Mr. Dong Young Kim. I enjoy everything I have ever eaten, but my favorite is the garlic beef in spicy spicy sause with the kumchee.

Food was good, service was ok. We went for dinner on a Saturday night and the place was not pack only our table and another table. It must be why because their price is a little bit high. Probably because inflation. Our party consisting of three adults and three kids, yet the surprise was they added a 20% gratuity to the receipt automatically. The surprise gratuity service fee it's kind of discouraging. This is probably why the place was pretty empty.
