Great Sunday morning food destination. You haven 't lived until you 've had their corned beef hash, eggs and an everything bagel with cream cheese.

Great service. Quick to order when it’s not busy. The menu is expansive with so many different options you will definitely return more than once. I recommend the Lox.

This might be my favorite restaurant in the city. The smoked whitefish salad is unbelievably good. The classics here all are great reubens, matzo ball soup, pickles, etc.I just wish they were open later!!

There is no wait staff at this restaurant and you have to bus your own table. The prices have increased significantly. Knishes are now priced at $5.50 each. Kornblatt's has gone downhill and it is disappointing.

The bagels at this restaurant are chewy, flavorful, and topped with just the right amount of cream cheese. After trying other nearby bagel places, I couldn't find toasted bagels as perfect as the ones at Kornblatt's. I also sampled some other items on the menu and they were tasty too! On a cold and rainy morning, my husband and I were in the mood for soup and a hot sandwich. While out walking our dogs, we stumbled upon a traditional New York style deli that satisfied our cravings perfectly. The garlic bagel had garlic sprinkles on both sides, a small detail that brought us great joy. The matzo ball soup was good, but we found the broth to be a bit weak. However, the grilled cheese was perfect - cheesy, warm, and gooey. We plan on returning soon for some bagels to go, as they were selling out quickly. Rhonda, the woman at the counter, was friendly and engaging, and the menu offered a comprehensive selection of breakfast and lunch options.

This was a pretty mediocre experience at best. Food was slightly spendy for what it was. We ordered a #2 Empire State Sandwich (roast beef, corned beef, salami), two matzo ball soups, Latkes, blitzes, and pickles.The sandwich was ok. Nothing to write home about. Should have had twice the meat. Matzo balls were mushy (if that's your thing). Latkes were good according to my wife. The blitzes were OK. Pickles were pickles...Tough to find seating for 3 had to rely on others to clean their own table because they aren't cleaned otherwise.I had high hopes for some good Jewish deli food and was severely let down. I'm not sure what all the amazing reviews are all about. I saw the cook microwave a lot...

Sandwich #15 was the better of all that we ordered. Although I would want a bit more meat and skip the middle 3rd piece of bread. If you want the sandwich to look bigger and higher, use meat to do that.Knish was gummy and tasteless, matzo ball soup, well the matzo balls were good light and fluffy but the broth really needed help, grey, tasted like canned broth loaded with bouillon and a bunch of silty stuff at the bottom of the bowl. A good matzo ball broth should taste like parsnip, carrot, celey CHICKEN and should be clean and clear looking. Macaroni and potato salad completely tasteless, very lacking in salt and flavor.
