I would not recommend this place for hibachi. The experience was lacking quite a bit compared to other hibachi places.

Delicious food that is made on a grill in front of you if you order off the hibachi side of the menu beautiful service 10/10i recommend it also has a stunning interior the employees are very nice too

Very good and they can cook in butter and omit spices. Thank you for your good food and attention to details. The uni is very odd so you may not want to try it but that's not their fault...just sharing. Visualizza piatti

I enjoyed my experience at Kumes I brought my grandkids with me The food was excellent and the Hibachi chef did a wonderful job cooking and entertaining us My grandkids gobbled up all their food and desserts Warning it's a bit pricey but the service is good and it good for special occasions

Made a reservation and still waited for almost 45 minutes as they sat walk in parties. foot rest at bar was absolutely disgusting. an inch of dust was how it started. should have known if they can't clean the visible things how clean can it be. food was absolutely overdone with garlic. wasn't impressed for my first visit. probably won't be back.

We were there for a birthday celebration, reservation were made, we were place at a grill that should have seated 10 people but there was 14 of us. The food was good but the service was rushed, it was like eat and get out. Sad to say this was a negative experience. Shame on Kume for such a rushed service. Overall very solid Japanese restaurant. The food was pretty solid for a strip mall sushi restaurant. We got a few rolls and a Lobster Rangoon. The volcano roll was our favorite, but the Epping roll was also very good. Don 't expect Nobu quality but the fish was very fresh. Service was good and the food came out quickly. Overall, I really enjoyed this place and will likely return.

My son frequents a Hibachi restaurant in Salem, NH and it's his favorite place to go. He came up to our neck of the woods and we visited Kume. I'd never been to any type of restaurant like this. The food was great, and my son had his mouth open for anything the chef/cook would toss his way. We all had filet minion and it was cooked perfectly, and guess what, you don't have to use a knife, you get perfectly prepared bite sized pieces. I was glad that my broth had no mushrooms in it and the salad wasn't quite what I am used to, but the actual meal was a full plate, the server was attentive, and the chef was adequately entertaining. DON'T EAT HERE!!! A friend and I found ourselves in Epping looking for a drink dinner. We settled on Kume since the Seabrook, NH one is so good. I have to say we were sorely disappointed! They charged an extra 2 to put the rum in the middle of our scorpion bowl. Okay... I told the server I'm GF DF and that I can only have my shrimp steamed. I was told that there would be another 2 up charge. I asked to see the manager she kept saying just another 2 that's all because it's more food. It's not more food it's actually less.
