La Felice Pizza Pasta

Used to be great. Not any more. An hour and forty-five minutes for bad, cold pizza. Will not be ordering again.

Been ordering here for years... Lately everything is late and orders are consistently wrong. Time for a new pics place.

Food took over an hour and a half to arrive. They forgot the ranch for the wings, salad and side that I was charged extra for. Then it took them another half hour to deliver the ranch dressing. And conveniently the manager wasn't there either!! Visualizza piatti

Placed an order online that never showed up. Called to see where my food was and Almen (if that’s how you spell it) yelled at me and said they system was down. Like it is my fault or I was supposed to know that it’s down. Then she refused to let me speak to the manager.

If I could give a ZERO STAR I would.This is the second strike. The first time we ordered we ordered 3 salads. All were incorrect.A month later today we tried again. TWO HOURS for food. Never again. It’s a shame this place used to be a lot better but it went down hill. Do yourself a favor just order somewhere else.

I used to work there, but after leaving, I still haven't received my paycheck. I've been waiting for my check of $440.00 since March 19th. There's a new manager named Vincent, and I've been calling every few days. They keep telling me he will call me back, but I'm still waiting. I would have given zero stars for this place which was my favorite pizza joint until this new management took. They are not on time, deliver the wrong order and have no courtesy to call back to refund or correct the order. You trust the person delivering the Pizza and don't open the box at the door. This is a mistake. Lessons learned with this place is not to order again.

Absolutely appalling. The new management clearly has no idea how to make a proper pizza. I ended up discarding my order after just one awful slice and a breadstick that was as hard as a rock. Even the marinara sauce tasted stale. It took nearly two hours to receive a single pizza and a set of breadsticks. When I arrived, the staff seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than serving customers or processing orders. I'm giving them -2 stars. This establishment should be shut down; the management is terrible, the food is subpar, and the wait times are outrageous. They really don’t belong in the pizza business, let alone running one.

On May 12, 2021, my department placed an order, but a full pizza was missing from it. Fortunately, we weren't charged for it. We also received three orders of breadsticks when we only wanted two, and one of those was supposed to be the free one you used to offer in the Moon Township online ordering system (which hasn’t been working for months). Additionally, the marinara sauce for the breadsticks has become watery, whereas it used to be thicker and more flavorful. The pizza crust has deteriorated as well. If the Moon Township location is just using the La Felice name without truly being part of the brand, it’s time to reconsider that. I haven’t visited your Ross Township or Squirrel Hill l...
