"The service is always top-notch!!! However, the pricing is very high. We ordered 2 haddock baskets for approximately $25.00 each. It included a haddock filet (0.35lbs), steak fries, and coleslaw. Unfortunately, the haddock was overcooked but still edible. The fries covered the bottom of the take-out box, and coleslaw tasted like a day away from expiration. After paying almost $60 with tax, I was very disappointed. Because of this, we most likely will not go back for future orders.Getting take out is a treet because it's so expensive, so when you're disappointed with the quality it keeps you from going back. I wish it was different because supporting local small town businesses is where I prefer to spend my money."

Great food, delicious ice cream, and shakes! The only downside is that the service could be more cheerful and less subdued. It feels like there’s something affecting the staff’s energy. On a positive note, it’s kid-friendly with a playground in the back, although the slide could use a bit of maintenance.

I was staying in TimeOut Wilderness Camping about 40 min from this adorable spot. Went MANY times to enjoy not only a truly perfect lob stah roll with hot homemade chips, but also their ice cream. Long work week, so took a drive this evening to clear some headspace. Found myself in Dexter and near the lake… much to my surprise, Lakeshore was open…..their first day of the season! The service, the food and the value friendly pricing all made for a positive experience…..no Opening day glitches here…..thank you!

I really enjoy sitting outdoors by the lake. The young staff members are friendly and very helpful. The food is quite good for what it is; after all, it’s not a fine dining establishment. Overall, I had a great experience dining here for lunch. Price range per person was around $10–20. I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all a perfect 5!
