"Food was just OK. Crab cakes were not lump as advertised. Far too much breading. More like crab meat stuffing with very minimal portions of crab. So $21 for two disks of bread. Web site has bottled beer at $6. It is $7. Service was excellent. The menu is very limited with virtually no sides offered. Not even French fries. The outside area where the band and the second bar is is the highlight of this place and would go back for drinks and live music. But for a restaurant experience, will not be back."

I usually thoroughly enjoy the food here, I had ordered the lobster roll and the lobster was delicious, however the roll was burnt and was filled only partially. I will not order that again.

The restaurant has a pleasant atmosphere, and the service was good. However, the food was not up to par. I ordered a poke dish that was overly saturated, making it difficult to finish. The baked scallops were small and dry. The lobster rolls appeared to be more appealing.

This restaurant has greatly improved. The location was always attractive, but the service was confused and spotty. Now, someone manages the floor, watching the tables, and keeping things in order. A few tweaks to the menu have also made a nice difference. Book early, book often. Visualizza piatti

The view is outstanding and the servers sweet, but inexperienced…. food was awful and expensive (fried shrimp could have been Gordon’s frozen) and lobster roll (is there such a thing as fake lobster like the fake crab)? Bar manager did ask on the way out and we were honest. He was also very sweet and bought us a drink…. So there’s that going for them. Again… the view and atmosphere is still worth the trip.

I recently visited LaMotta's for the first time, and I was incredibly impressed by the entire staff! We had a party of 12, and our server, Moe, did a fantastic job of keeping our drinks filled and clearing finished plates promptly. I highly recommend the lobster guacamole, baked mussels, and calamari. There was a three-way tie for the best medium dish, but the rock steak stood out on top! I can’t wait to return.
