"Wow! We spend eight days a year in Venice. For food lovers, this restaurant is a “must go” place. Be sure to try as many things as possible. The salade du soleil is far different, and better, than the house salads at nearly any other restaurant. The salad will serve two people. I had the duck special. Terrific. Kathy had the short ribs. Equally good. The sides were carefully prepared a couple will want to order two) At any French restaurant you should plan on dessert. Both were excellent. I had the blueberry torte. The prices are quite fair and the wines are good. The service is friendly, knowledgeable and timely. This couple know how to run a restaurant. Reservations are required. This seem to be driven by Covid and staffing issues. It also allows adequate spacing between tables. Really enjoyed it. We’ll return and will look forward to it."

"Watch your debit card transactions!!!! They will add a tip when you do not. I paid for 3 takr home drinks. The horchata and 2 glass bottles, total was $13.11. Checked my bank account. Maria the lady who simply rang me out gave herself a $6 tip. Sad thing is, she was our waitress and we had already tipped her at the table. This is very dishonest. I called to ask for my money back and still haven’t received it. I will not be going back. What a shame. I’ve been going there for 10 years. I will not tip twice! WATCH YOUR CARD TRANSACTIONS!!! Shady Staff !!!!"

"Great location, wonderful staff and good food. We were able in one of their few outside tables and had a wonderful evening. Even in heat of the summer, we felt comfortable. Bonus if you are lucky enough to dine and then walk to see the sunset. Will definitely be back."

"I absolutely adore Star Thai Sushi! Even though I am not a fan of sushi, the dishes served here are truly a work of art. The presentation is outstanding, and the other patrons I spoke to seemed to be thoroughly enjoying their meals. My personal favorite is the Star Fried Rice. Although I didn't take a photo this time as I opted for takeout, the dish was still beautifully presented in its container. The rice is mixed with chicken, shrimp, pineapple, and cashews, all seasoned perfectly with yellow curry. The portion size was generous enough to share. The staff is always warm and attentive. I am eagerly looking forward to my next visit."

"The gnocchi with Gorgonzola was delightful, but the seafood paella was lacking in flavor and had a mushy texture. The bolognese sauce tasted a bit odd, but the pasta was cooked to perfection. The service was warm and friendly, although some of the waitstaff seemed poorly trained - one even leaned over the table and reached in front of our faces to pick up plates instead of walking around to the other side of the table."
