"We had an amazing dinner here, and would return again without hesitation. Everything was excellent from beginning to end. The restaurant is nicely decorated in a soothing ocean theme. A fireplace was ablaze at the other end of the room. We were greeted and seated...immediately, given menus, and asked if we wanted aperitif. We ordered a bottle of wine based on their recommendation which was excellent. Our french is weak, but sufficient. The young waiter speaks English well and seems to enjoy describing all the dishes in English for us too. He is very attentive and very professional all evening. The pace of the courses is just right. We both ordered the 3 course 'Marine Menu ' selecting different choices, so we can try everything. The amuse bouche, both entrees, both mains, and the desserts were all excellent in both taste and presentation. Hard to pick our favorite the ravioli, the fish with sweet potato, the scallop and pear dish, or the chocolate mouse? This dinner was a perfect ending to our wonderful day."

we visited here a few weeks ago and were really impressed. so much that we visited again with our son. I had the menu marin this time. starter was a mixture of crabs and celeriac, which had a light crumb taste. the head. the gang was a part of the lotte that was perfectly cooked. the dessert was really impressive - it resembled a giant ferreo rocher. it had a beautiful bright frozen cream with a delightful nut and chocolate center. the whole piece had beautiful thin chocolate coating. we had a bottle sancerre and enjoyed a great service and a great view from the restaurant.

a return to l’azimut after a few years and how glad we were to see that the restaurant has returned to the exceptionally high standards that we have withdrawn here many years ago. the lunch on the balcony terrace on sunny junitag was a joy. Langoustine stars from the main menu were beautiful, both in terms of presentation and taste, and fish from the board were both excellent sea bass and sole. a collioure white accompanied her perfectly. service was good modest, friendly, informal and efficient. it was not a cheap meal at the end of the day, but it was worth every penny and long l’azimut may continue to be such a bacon in la trinite.
