The black cod caramelized and its small salad, its subtle flavors. Risotto de St Jacques and topinambours soft and suave. Characteristics of the crust of hazelnut, crust and pralinea, smooth texture of the pear without excess of sucrosity... all in the extent. There's happiness."

Once again the Catleya struck us the two times we came in August. Small team (they are two! , small room and short card, but refinement without chichis and acute sense of tastes and textures. As a result the service is reasonably fast with a huge impression of freshness at the arrival of the plate, just erect. It's really the corner table, from Saint-Luc to Arromanches...

This little restaurant has made us discover unknown and very tasteful flavours! The broccoli foam worm intrigued us and then delighted in the mouth. The fine dishes superbly presented on the plate rejoiced our taste buds. A mix of subtle tastes!! And there was enough in the plate to fill our appetite. Thanks again to the Chef and the charming and smiling waitress who welcomed us.
