"Un repas d'affaires du midi, mais une vraie surprise bistronomique. Nous nous sommes laissés faire par le chef qui nous a concocté un menu entrée, plat et dessert selon ses inspirations.... résultat, un vrai moment de plaisir gastronomique et de belles découvertes. De la mise en bouche au dessert tout était parfaitement cuit, assaisonné, préparé, et dréssé. Moment au top, l'île flottante à partager, un véritable retour en enfance et des saveurs qui me rappellent ma grand-mère."Quand un cuisinier réussi à transformer le besoin naturel de manger, en un moment de plaisir et de bonheur, alors son métier se transforme en oeuvre d'art"Merci au chef pour ce moment et son équipe en salle avec un excellent service. "Nice to see you so close to home. The Menu Midday Market version (between Tuesday and Friday) is perfect! so yes if you go there in the evening, the menus are closer to a lillois rate, but frankly, please. We prefer not to go 2-3 times in any restaurant to eat 1 time in Essential. It is a matter of choice, and of good taste! and tastes, there are! and in addition to the true wine connoisseurs, the map is to fall, with incredible domains! So don't hesitate, plus they're nice!"

"I highly recommend the Collégiale!!!!!!A very nice place to spend very good moments with family or friends, with a very large terrace that makes you want to taste very good salads. very nice plates garnished with fresh products and especially our region, served with very good homemade fries. prices are very reasonable and a team at the Top!!!!So don't hesitate to make a tour or just drink a drink. "No welcome, despite a reservation for a table of 9 , cleanliness of the staircase that leads to the first floor that leaves to be desired... the same for all windows. We waited a while before we could take control of the aperitives! Control grip for inputs and dishes, a little laborious. It’s better with a little notebook and a pencil.!!! On the other hand, very good advice for wines and good description. very good inputs, efficient fast service. No offer of chocolate dessert or ice. No dessert!! I'm not talking about coffee.... Very light. Average toilet. This restaurant really lacks a good refreshment."

"I love the outside of this hostel that really makes a hostel!! or we still feel like we hear the horses, not the horses. I even find a bit of a shame that the bosses wanted to follow the current trends by changing the inside, but that's just a detail. The kitchen is simple and tasteful with it seems to me fresh products except certainly the dorade net which seems to me a little too well calibrated for not having been frozen but which does not spoil anything to the quality of the dish. As far as we are concerned, the welcome was very pleasant and even friendly with the patronage we spoke to about our beautiful country the france and its many gourmet tables. This restaurant is a good address to enjoy with simple cuisine and simple products.We will go back on it."
