"After the effort, comfort! After a little walk, we stopped at the hostel for lunch. This is the second time we go to this restaurant, and it's every time a real pleasure! This time we couldn't test the brasero, because the inn had just reopened and the choice was limited on the tartines. But it allowed us to test new things and it was excellent! Very rich and the products are of quality. We are used to making this trip every year for 20 years and taking control of the hostel by the new owners, gives a lot of embarrassment, it’s really fun!"

Restaurant 30 minutes walk without great difficulty. Not where little denial. We eat well in a log cabin, heated with a huge fireplace. The service is very well organized and fast. The welcome and the atmosphere are nice. The dishes served on grilled bread at lunch are good as the deserts made home. A pleasant time in the middle of the woods. Ps: Prices are at the height of the place.

A magical moment at the Clariant, we took advantage of the braero at noon and loved the salmon and holy jacco tarts. The desserts are also worth a visit. The outside is perfect to take the apero or just a hot drink at the turn of a rando. There's even a table for parents. Warm decoration and fireplace adds the final touch. The only flat could be the price that corresponds to an altitude restaurant but the experience is worth it!
