Unique and wonderful 5 course meal. A server who recognized us from a previous visit to Leis Class Act gave us a hug. This is so Maui Ohana.

We always have a great experience dining at the Leis family restaurant. We tried the Moroccan menu, and the lamb was excellent. However, the dessert was disappointing—significantly less tasty than usual.

Talented emerging chefs and hospitality students, under the guidance of highly qualified professionals, offer one of the finest five-course meals on Maui. I have never had a disappointing experience here.

We appreciated the French theme of the restaurant. The salmon and lamb dishes were excellent, and the tomato bisque was also quite good. There was a delay in service, causing the meal to last over two hours, but overall, it was still a pleasant experience. Visualizza piatti

This restaurant is located on UH Maui campus, upstairs in the Pa 'aina Bldg. It is operated by the college 's Culinary Arts program students, both in the kitchen and patron area. Open on Wednesdays and Fridays only, there is a different type food served each week...…...all absolutely delicious!!! There are Chef-instructors in both front of the house and back of the house , very closely monitoring each students performance, ensuring excellent food and service. Reservations are a must! A great restaurant...…….Rated in the Top 100 restaurants nationwide. FYI......you may bring your own wine. Always an enjoyable time.

This restaurant is situated on the UH Maui campus, on the upper level of the Pa 'Aina building. It is operated by students from the college's culinary arts program, handling both kitchen tasks and customer service. Open exclusively on Wednesdays and Fridays, they feature a different cuisine each week. The food is simply outstanding! Experienced chief instructors supervise both dining and kitchen operations, carefully overseeing every service to guarantee top-notch quality and nutrition. Reservations are a must! This is an exceptional restaurant that ranks among the top 100 in the country. You’re also welcome to bring your own wine. Every visit is a delightful experience.

We had a fantastic lunch, as we do every year, and this time the theme was Asian. Every dish was creative and delicious. I especially loved the Kona Kanpachi with its sauce, as well as the Galbi Jjim. The dessert was wonderful too, and the staff, made up of students, were knowledgeable and friendly. Our server Emma was lovely, and Peyton shared a wealth of information about the dishes while flashing a great smile! It was also nice to catch up with Mark again, and Head Chef Peter Pak stopped by to ensure everything was satisfactory for us—how could it not be?!
