"I had heard great things about Benfaremo, so when I found myself nearby, I decided to give it a shot. I'm really glad I did! They offer an impressive selection of flavors and sizes, perfect for those who have a hard time choosing. I tried the large Lemon ice, and it was absolutely delicious. The young man working there was friendly, though he seemed a bit underutilized at the moment; it was around noon, so I'm sure the shop gets much busier later. The ice creams are fantastic, with plenty of tempting flavors. Definitely give it a try—you won’t regret it!"

It's your typical neighborhood pizza spot. It's bustling with kids from the nearby school and local residents. The pizza is decent; as mentioned, it's just standard pizza. Two specialty slices and a can of Pepsi, plus tax, came to $9.50.

The pizza was prepared remarkably fast, and I opted for a gluten-free option, which had an incredibly tasty crust! I like my pizza thin and crispy, and this one was just right! My friend also enjoyed his pizza with a regular crust. Excellent pizza right here in Queens!

WHY IS IT SO FAR AWAY? We dined at Park Side and saved space for dessert. I’m not usually a fan of lemon ice, but I couldn't resist the sign outside. I felt like I would be missing out if I didn't try it. OH MY GOODNESS, I was absolutely amazed! It exceeded all my expectations! After finishing that, I went back for the fruit cocktail, which actually had real fruit in it! We’re from Long Island, and there's nothing like this out there!

The gentlemen at the counter were extremely friendly and welcoming. I really wanted to enjoy my treat, but unfortunately, I didn’t. I tried the sour apple flavor, and it didn't taste quite right. It had an odd aftertaste and didn’t closely resemble sour apple. However, my friends enjoyed their peach and cherry choices. It’s likely that I just selected the wrong flavor. I would definitely recommend giving this place a try, and I plan to return to sample another flavor, especially because of the wonderful hospitality.
