"This was our first time to Frank's Backyard BBQ, will not be our last. We received a kind greeting when we came in. The menu is on a large board will give you all the different items you can order whether you want to go a meal or your order. Very clean and tidy inside, large picnic table when you eat indoors. You have a beautiful outdoor seating area, for which the weather is beautiful. Service was fast and friendly. Ordered the sampler plate that had baby ribs, pulled pork, beef brisket, burnt tips, homemade pimple slices, jalapeño paprika and cornbread. To eat a lot, but we could enjoy every bite. Everything was absolutely excellent, great taste, very delicate fleshy ribs with excellent spice. A selection of six or eight types of bbq sauces on the table when you use them. Would highly recommend Franks BBQ!"

"Great food, friendly service, expect a wait during busy season! I waited 15-20 mins for an ice cream cone. Their food is really food as well as the desserts. Worth waiting for! We love TT!! Parking: Tight squeeze here, especially when it's busy. There is a gravel parking lot located across the street as well. Kid-friendliness: My kid's love the ice cream and the french fries! "We've been here several times over the last year and have never had a bad meal yet. Always friendly and the service is great, but tonight they hit it out of the park! Bluegill dinner is probably the best I've had in years and I'm very critical about my fish fry's! The portion of fish was huge and meaty. Beautiful crust and super buttery flavor. Not greasy and almost didn't need any tartar sauce. 10 out of work for me! Next, chicken wings. Beautiful crust and golden brown. The legs were so big it took almost 4 giant bites to get thru one wing. Again, not greasy and tasted great. One things though, I think they're cooked in lava because they are super hot (temperature). One wing sat on a place for a good 10 minutes and it was almost too hot to eat, but I pushed thru it!! Great local place. Great food, fair prices and always friendly"

"BUGABOO Bar Grill of Cedar Lake, IN is located directly across the lake with beautiful views to enjoy while dining. I have been wanting to visit this bar grill for awhile but just recently stopped for lunch. My first impression was good! The outdoor deck for dining was filled with customers on a good weather day. The walls were covered (top to bottom) with various tattoo artists work all equally amazing. I enjoyed them walking from one room to another. My son owns his own shop near Tampa, Florida so this was a treat for me being close to home. We sat at the bar and ordered lunch. I chose the traditional cheeseburger which was huge delicious. The bartender was concocting a Spicy Margarita base for the day. She explained how mango was incorporated into the mix along with pickles spices. (It looked like it was a house recipe but am not sure) .. I enjoyed the eclectic, artistic vibe of this local grill tucked away among homes near Cedar Lake. BUGABOO also has boat rentals across the restaurant on the lake. It’s a charming place that I do want to visit again. I can see how BUGABOO will attract “regulars” as the food I had tried was very good, pricepoint abit high but comparable to other similiar venues, clean inviting. The service was good, servers friendly artwork colorful, original intriguing to me. This venue is great for dates, social gatherings, lunch dinner. The vibe is relaxed, upbeat and most of all FUN! I am recommending BUGABOO’S Bar Grill as your next stop."

"First time ordering since they are new on Doordash. Ordered a large sausage pizza and mozzarella sticks. Expensive for mozz sticks... Nothing special about them. Your standard mozz sticks. The pizza was a disaster... Slices all flopped and folded over each other. Ordered because Rosati's in St John is closed on Tuesdays and always open to try something new. Didn't work out tonight. Now I love thin crust, but it was so thin it was in shambles when it arrived. And we literally had an average of one piece of sausage per slice. The sauce is VERY peppery. My wife took one bite and decided she's eating something else tonight. I stuck with it simply because we paid $35 for our food... But it's not really good. I won't order again. I was hoping the recent reviews were wrong and that the older reviews for the pizza were correct. That's the not case. It has the potential to be good... Figure out the crust, little more topping, and ease up on the pepper in the sauce. That's a recommendation from someone who makes his own pizza dough and sauce from scratch."
