Lisa's Chicken - Piatti

I frequently purchase their chicken tenders for myself and for larger groups. It's a fantastic place with quick service and delicious food!

I haven't had Lisa's in over 5 years, but I just moved back to Texas and had to have some! This location was great and the customer service was good. I will be returning

It’s okay.First time going here and got shrimp and 2 sides.The drive through smells. The shrimp were big and good, rolls good, green beans good ?? the mashed potatoes were bad, they had some sort of cleaning product smell and after taste to them. Visualizza piatti

Got off work late and decided to get chicken tenders for my family a little after 9pm, the chicken wasn't hot and had all these black spots all over the tenders (hopefully it's just to much black pepper in the seasoning) if not and my family gets sick it's definitely gonna be a problem, customer service was bad as well and they forgot my gravy and napkins...??

I really enjoy Lisa’s, but has anyone else noticed that their chicken seems to be shrinking? During my recent visit, I found the chicken to be greasier than usual. I ordered the 24-piece dark, so I expected some grease, but the breading was so saturated that it became a soggy mess. On the bright side, the service is consistently good, especially at this Hurst location.

Being someone new to TX, ordered to go from here for the 1st time and I am a bit impressed! Chickens were delish! -have that good crunch on the outside, fresh and tender on the inside! The gizzards were also cooked so good! Wait time was a bit longerwhich is the reason for 4 stars- though it could be from the busy day and my amount of orders, but overall, I definitelyrecommend! When going in on this particular day. The floors and the countertops didn't seem as if they were clean...The gentleman taking my order did not greet me... He seems as if he didn't want to be there!!!I appreciate the fact that my food was hot but when taking it out of the box and taking it out of the paper bag all my chicken fell onto my counter top at home when trying to take it out...????The container needs to be changed. This is not feasible!!!!

This restaurant surpasses all the major chains when it comes to fried chicken! The service and food are outstanding. There’s a wide selection of options at affordable prices! I ordered a 3 piece dark and they only gave me a 2 piece dark. Not acceptable especially since I paid for the 3 piece dark meal. They got the sides correct just shorted me the 3rd piece of chicken. And I drive out of my way to go to them to get dinner formyself. They are not in my area. They are 20 minutes away from my home. I could of stopped at 2 other chicken places that wereon the way and gotten chicken from them but I preferred Lisa's over the others and then they rip me off on my food. I'll knowfor next time.
