"Although no one was outside due to the chilly evening, the outdoor seating area is charming, complete with a tall fence and twinkling lights. The menu features a wide variety of fresh seafood and local Maine specialties, and they cater to various dietary restrictions, including vegan, gluten-free, and vegetarian options. It's worth noting that while it's not an allergy-specific facility, the kitchen is able to separate many items to accommodate guests. The house-made chips are thin and simply melt in your mouth – I found them to be quite unique and very enjoyable. The vegetables were incredibly fresh, and my burger was cooked to perfection. I am eagerly looking forward to returning to this hidden gem!"

"I usually order a Greek Pizza wherever I find one, as it’s my favorite. This time, I decided to get a large Greek Pizza to go from Antigoni's Pizza in Brunswick. After picking it up at the drive-through, I headed to Cumberland Center. When I opened the box, I was amazed at how delicious the pizza looked! It tasted fantastic, especially when paired with a dry Da Vinci Chianti wine. I highly recommend this place!"

"This place is a gem. The waitress ran the front with grace. She knew the menu inside out, and was patient with newbies like us. And the food was terrific. I had skate, and the waitress explained how to eat it. But it was light and perfectly seasoned. My sister had the spanakopita, which I didn’t taste but she declared perfect. We skipped dessert, so I don’t know how they do with sweets. I will recommend it to anyone I know."

"Maine Street in Brunswick features a diverse assortment of not only restaurants, but specifically restaurants with patio dining which is great when you can't decide between Vietnamese, either of two Indian restaurants, pizza, or seven other things. Shere Punjab didn't disappoint, with a broad assortment of menu items to suit any taste, whether you're a pescatarian, meat a tarian, vegetarian, or just want to carboload on naan. We got four dishes plus naan and papadam (first basket included gratis! , including a pudina lamb (good but not terribly remarkable , chicken tikka (reliable , chana saag (one of the best chickpea dishes I think I've ever had , and a veggie navratan korma (which had a great assortment of ingredients, but ultimately lacked much in the way of flavor would not order again . Naan was great and Shere Punjab also offers a bazillion varieties of bread, which seems somewhat unusual for an Indian restaurant. The service wasn't super fast, but they were very attentive, which is always a pro (one of my restaurant pet peeves is running out of water, which never happened here ."

"There 's much to like about Wild Oats. For those who haven 't dined here, this is my concise impression: imagine yourself opening a restaurant/cafe with unlimited funds and that could be Wild Oats. I was initially impressed by the ocean of goods from which to choose. Then, you 'll see a soup buffet that is extensive and well-organized. A few steps later you 'll find the sandwich department with clear menus explaining the offerings available as well as the custom possibilities. And this big enterprise is fully-staffed at every point which is vitally important to keep this café from getting bogged down during busy times. After receiving my order, I walked into the inside dining area which is huge. From there I could have dined outside considering the large number of tables available there. Amazing! Notes: On the door, they have a notice that says only service dogs are allowed inside but NO pet dogs. I luv that! So many eateries don 't have the guts to tell dog owners to take their pet outside. Not here! Now, here 's a couple of criticisms: There are choices of sandwich breads available. I selected honey-oat. That was a bad choice. That bread is much too weak to be a sandwich bread. My veggie sandwich was falling apart because the bread was falling apart with the first bite. I can 't say how the other bread choices hold up, but the honey-oat doesn 't work. I wish they had a sourdough roll available but no such luck. Lastly, and I note this reluctantly, the pricing here is at top of scale. I had a simple veggie sandwich and a soda and that set me back $15+ I was hopeful that this large operation would bring economy of scale to the pricing but that wasn 't to be. It 's expensive. As someone who often frequents cafés in the morning, W.O. is simply too pricey for it to become a regular stop. As for their web profile, it 's disappointing to see their virtue signalling...i.e. LGBTQ+ friendly, woman run business. Aren 't we passed bombarding customers with politics? Ugh..."
