"I am a regular customer at Lentini's, and last night I visited with my wife and son. The restaurant was quite busy and noticeably short-staffed. One waitress was out sick, and another long-time employee had left for a new job. Normally, the service is exceptional, but on this night, several customers, along with the staff, appeared frustrated. However, I admired how the team handled the situation. They worked diligently, remained polite, and were apologetic—considering the circumstances, they did an excellent job. Having worked in the industry for a long time, I understand how stressful such situations can be, and I think they performed remarkably well. A good restaurant shines when its staff is well-trained and everything is running smoothly, but the true measure of a business is how it responds to adversity while still treating customers with respect. Surprisingly, my least favorable experience there still deserves a 5-star review. Great job, everyone!"
