"I had a not entirely good experience a few years ago and decided to go back, a great decision because we had a high class dinner. We ordered an eggplant parmigiana to share and I ordered a ratatouille base pizza with pistachio and when it came out of the oven they added mortadella and buffalo mozzarella. A la hora de pedir postres (en la carta solo hay dos), nos dice que no le quedan. Bueno, pedimos café entonces ¿No?, Pues no, llega la camarera y dice que (atención) la máquina se la han llevado . Bueno, trae la cuenta (aquí agarrate) y nos dicen: con tarjeta no se puede pagar porque no hay datáfono, en efectivo tampoco porque no hay cambio: solo bizum. Pregunto: ¿Y si no tuviera disponible esa aplicación? ¿Desde cuándo es legalmente obligatorio pagar SOLO con bizum?. Quitando los nigiris (mal prensados), lo demás bueno. Lo dicho, comida buena pero servicio PESIMO"

"Hoy hemos hecho nuestro pedido y nos encontrábamos fuera de casa, me dijeron que tardarían media hora y nos han llamado a los 20 minutos para informarnos que el repartidor estaba en nuestra casa y cuando hemos llegado quiero destacar las gran amabilidad del repartidor, ha sido muy educado amable y a pesar de disculparnos no ha tenido ningún gesto malo a pesar de su espera, he querido darle propina y no la quería a pesar de la espera, creo que se llama Marcos y quiero que sus responsables sepan que tienen trabajando con ellos a una gran persona, un trabajador que si fuera mi negocio me encantaría tenerlo en mi equipo por tratar así a sus clientes, se agradece que te den ese buen trato y con una sonrisa en todo momento."
