One of our favorite restaurants in NOLA. Service is exceptional. Food isn't 5 star, but close and the quality of ingredients is exceptional. Valet parking at the Hotel makes it so convenient. And can't say enough about the staff. Its the complete package to have a truly enjoyable evening or lunch.

Everything was outstanding! The only thing I did not like was my ceasar salad. It was very dry and not much of anything on it. I gave half of it to my husband and he made the same comment. The meat dish was outstanding. It was my birthday so they gave us beignets with different sauces which were delicious. Overall a fabulous night! Everyone was extremely accommodating and pleasant.

I went to this restaurant for my birthday and it was fantastic. I felt very special. The breakfast buffet is definitely worth the money and you can customize everything to your liking. There were so many options available that I had a hard time deciding what to choose. I definitely need to come back and try some dishes I was too full to eat. The Reveillon dinner at M Bistro in the Ritz Carlton New Orleans was absolutely delightful. It was one of my favorite experiences in the city. The performance by Jeremy Davenport and his band was lovely. To reach M Bistro, you have to walk through the Davenport lounge, which is beautifully decorated. The hotel itself was adorned with stunning decorations from the front door and throughout. The lobby during the holidays is one of my favorites, with a golden tree, vines covering the ceiling, and glass ornaments hanging. This year, they have a gingerbread streetcar with incredible detail. The courtyard is also decorated with holiday lights and is a perfect spot to relax and enjoy with friends.

My wife and I came to New Orleans for our anniversary and were looking for the perfect dinner spot to surprise her. After researching a few options and making reservations, I came across M Bistro. With its great reviews, I knew it would be the perfect choice. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and polite staff who seated us in a cozy booth that felt like our own private room - it was perfect. Our server was very pleasant and even wished us a happy anniversary. During our visit to New Orleans there we numerous places we could have lunch but chose to dine at M Bistro at the Ritz Carlton. The ambience and food preparation was very good but the service was very disjointed and servers require training and refinement. I would recommend that the the floor manager be retrained or fired. Our appetizer was served with our entrees. However the entrees were served incomplete. One without the soup portion of the soup/salad and my salad was served without the salmon which I requested medium rare but when arrived was prepared cooked well done after a 15 minute wait.
