"First time, where can I start? LACK of customer service, took about 22 minutes to be served, we were NOT greeted at all. Food was terrible! It was simple, no flavor, VERY dry. The prices are ridiculous for the dry, nasty food they sell. Glad this was my first time and most definitely my last. I am VERY well known through Texas, especially Houston. I always get asked where is the best Colombian food, will never recommend this place to them. Do yourseld a favor, waste your money at Gran Colombia or Cali Antojos- just down the road. THEY have the BEST customer service, QUALITY food and way better prices. Sorry, Made in Medellin-do better next time for future generations."

This place is amazing. Don’t be put off from the strip mall look outside. The place is beautiful inside. TVs, music, high tables, low tables. 1000% recommend to eat here. Visualizza piatti

The drinks were cold, but the food was disappointing. I feel embarrassed to say I am Colombian because of this restaurant. Please consider going to others instead; this one is certainly the worst.

Sometimes, I try to call in my order ahead of time, but they often just tell me to hold on and then start talking to other customers instead of taking my order. This has happened even when the restaurant isn’t busy. Despite these issues, I continue to go back because the healthier options are worth it for me.

My boyfriend and I had two bandejas to go, and the food wasn’t great. We received uncooked food, and instead of fajita, we received ground beef which I was choked with because I’ve never heard of ground beef being part of a bandeja. I’ve been to multiple Columbian restaurants, and this is the first restaurant that I’ve seen do this and to top it off the sausage was plain and dry. The beans were hard and the chicharron was soft and didn’t have that crunch to it. I’m glad I tried them for the first time but won’t be doing business with the anymore.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
