To much hipe not that good just an Athens attraction to get one timers to try it not a repeat place to eat. Food and service very sad. And I mean very sad.

Always love Mama's Boy! It is a popular brunch spot so we normally have to wait a while but it is well worth it and the serving sizes are large so I always have leftovers to enjoy.

Very quaint and inviting place. Small footprint with a large heart for taste and service. Wide variety of choices for every appetite. Today I went for a healthy start to the day and it was perfect!

Best breakfast I've ever had! The Bacon Egg and Cheese scramble was unbelievable. The bacon was phenomenal and made for the perfect combination of flavor. I'm not usually a big fan of grits, but the cheese grits were so flavorful and amazing. The biscuit was so fluffy and tasty as well. I tried a bite of the tofu, and it was amazingly seasoned. The service was great as well. The employee at the front desk was so kind and the food came out in minutes.

I typically do not leave 1-star reviews, but I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. I ordered food to go and was told I could wait inside or outside for my order. Despite waiting outside, I noticed that people who arrived after me were being served on the patio. When I checked inside, I found my order sitting on the to go shelf with a receipt attached. The bacon I ordered was supposed to be crispy, but it was limp and undercooked with burnt edges. Additionally, I was disappointed to receive only 2 small pieces for over $3. Despite it being a small takeout order, the staff expected a tip. I left a tip, but I regret it.

Really great spot for brunch! We were in town for orientation and decided to grab some food before the session kicked off. It was the middle of the week so we walked right in, ordered and grabbed a table. We tried a half order of the peach French toast. It was super yummy....not too overly sweet and the peaches were delicious. The French toast was cooked well not too soft. We also had the Cat fish taco and grits the catfish was delicious. I had the salmon Benedict and really loved how fresh tasting the salmon was. The biscuits were huge and their raspberry jam is awesome. The service was quick and the staff was really friendly.
