"This is exactly what I was looking for, without knowing I was looking for it. Down under street level, walked in to a friendly beer tender behind the bar, who offered us some seats right up front at the bar, took our drink order and suggested the pizza. Not really what I was in the mood for but I don't go against house recommendations. He didn't disappoint. I was DELICIOUS!! This place is now marked as one of my favorites. I will be back. "One of my Coworkers recommend this restaurant to try so we went in after work. Ordered kids Cashew Chicken that was $5 and Crab Rangoon that was either $5 or $6. The total ended up being $17 so either they overcharged me or their prices are wrong on the menu. Wait wasn’t bad, got our food 15 min later and went back to my hotel. Opened it up and recieved the wrong order, it consisted of about 4 small pieces of chicken and 15 vegetables and that was it. Crab Rangoon barely had any filling in it but wasn’t the worst I’ve ever had. Tried to call them twice to tell them they overcharged me and I got the wrong order and no one answered the phone. Will not be back and don’t recommend. Go down the streeet and eat cheaper and better."

"My husband went inside to pick up a takeout buffet for himself and my mother-in-law. I had to order my food through the drive-thru because the dish I wanted was no longer available on the buffet due to the high cost of chicken and spices. Once we got home, my meal tasted like cardboard, and I could only eat one piece of chicken. My husband returned to the restaurant to request a refund, but the staff member became defensive and insisted that all sales are final. He got so angry when my husband shared his honest feedback about the food that he threatened him, and he also threatened me when I called to ask about the refund policy. Paying $17.50 for a jalapeño chicken dinner, one order of cream cheese Rangoon, and a small side of rice is simply outrageous! I want to warn everyone that this establishment has no business ethics and doesn't know how to handle criticism. This was the worst experience my husband and I have ever had at a restaurant. We ended up throwing away all the food and opting for McDonald's instead!"

"past few months hubby and i have been going to the neosho braums for breakfast every now and then as a weekend treat... yesterday we went there for lunch.. the food is really good. fair prices. staff are friendly. the place bathrooms too) was clean. now it is an older building and could use some updating. but it was clean and tidy.. yesterday when hubby and i went to sit down I accidentally knocked his shake off the tray.. it was MY fault... we cleaned it up best we could then went and told a staff memeber. they finished cleaning it up quickly. and before we even started eating they brought hubby a fresh shake. no charge. we did not expect that as it was my fault the shake got knocked off the tray. so they quickly cleaned up REMEMBERED what shake hubby ordered or checked computer) and did not charge us for the replacement shake... during the whole thing the staff had a friendly manner. we will be going back."
