I had lunch at this restaurant with my mom yesterday! The food was fantastic! We ordered the Wild Shrimp Salad. We used to come here often when we were at the mall, and we are excited to have lunch here again in the future!

I am really impressed with the renovation that the owner did at this restaurant. The food is amazing and the prices are great. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I always come back to eat here and I highly recommend this place. - Chris (a mall employee)

Pleasantly surprised the food was fantastic. For under $20 we got a cup of chicken noodle soup, a cheddar biscuit, and a Sante Fe chicken panini with a side Caesar salad. So not only did they raise the price of the cheese steak, but they lowered the amount that you get to 6oz. So now you pay $10 for a roll with steak that only fills half the roll? I got the number to talk to the owner or manager and the number was disconnected? Do better Market Place, Do better.... This is a rip off... And I use to come to you guys 2-4 times a week.

The service quality at this restaurant has declined significantly in the past year. During my last two visits, the experience was unsatisfactory. The server only took our order and brought drinks, neglecting to bring the bread and butter she had offered. There was no follow-up to check on our meal or refill our drinks. The food at this restaurant is mediocre. The staff generally lack in attentiveness and it takes a long time for them to serve water and food. When ordering takeout, there have been instances where the food would sit in the kitchen for a prolonged period of time before being brought out. After waiting 20 minutes for a simple salad, asking a staff member to check on the order prompted immediate service, indicating a lack of concern for timely service.

The dining experience at this restaurant is just average. The staff seem to be disorganized and don't prioritize orders efficiently. It can take quite a long time for them to bring out even simple things like water and food. There have been instances where orders have been forgotten in the kitchen and only brought out when the customers inquire about them. It seems like their lack of attention to detail can result in long wait times for basic items like a salad.

I had a pleasant surprise while searching for lunch at the huge Kop Mall. The restaurant was quiet, clean, and beautiful, with excellent staff. I enjoyed a large ice cream (a bonus for me) and a delicious meal of bolognese with chicken meatballs and mildly spicy sausage. The food was excellent! The staff was very attentive and proactive. I will definitely be returning as there are other items on the menu I would like to try. Additionally, in these Covid times, customers can add a tip to their credit card/debit card payment at the counter if they are unable to leave cash on the table. Visualizza piatti
