"To make matters worse, our server didn’t give us even five minutes to settle in before repeatedly asking if we were ready to order. After he approached us for the third time in under ten minutes, we felt rushed and decided to place our order even though we hadn’t fully decided yet. Instead of being helpful, he just stood there staring at us while we tried to make up our minds. His impatience was frustrating, especially since I work in the service industry myself, and there was no need for that attitude, particularly with the restaurant not being busy. I ordered the mahi tacos, which were bland, while my partner had the beef cheese dip, which was also tasteless and overly greasy. We spent $39 on our meals and two drinks, and when it came time to pay, we tried to split the bill: $20 in cash and the rest on a card. The waiter took the card and left without acknowledging the cash. My partner had to chase him down to hand him the $20 and explain how we wanted to split the payment. Instead of doing that, the waiter kept the cash as a tip and charged the entire meal to the card. We weren’t tipping him; his service was far from acceptable, and we didn’t even receive any water while we figured out our order. Understandably frustrated, we had to ask him to process the payment correctly and refund us for the mishap. And just to clarify, there was no language barrier—my partner is fluent in Spanish, and the waiter spoke it perfectly. He was fully aware of what he was doing and had a dismissive attitude when we requested a corrected transaction. The overall experience was incredibly rude, with zero customer service. My partner is still waiting for a $60 refund. I would not recommend this restaurant for inauthentic Mexican food or their questionable billing practices."

"Good homemade Italian food at fair prices. Since this was my first time at Caio 's, I relied on my waitstaff recommendation. She picked lasagna excellent choice. I know people who order that first and judge the restaurant by their lasagna. Caio 's will always do well leading with their lasagna. As good as my lasagna was my wife won dinner with her order of Puttanesca. The waitress warned it was spicy and we were depending on it. It was so savory with just the right amount of heat (red pepper? . The tomatoes were fresh and acidic and you could taste every ingredient. I 'm getting this next time. My wife and I agreed the tiramasu was too good to share next time. We want our own! The coffee soaked lady fingers n the bottom were chef 's kiss good. Waitstaff was friendly and attentive, and gave good advice (which is valuable since it insures a good dining experience . Two of us ate for $40. We 'll be coming back and will recommend them to friends. "This place is so cool. We decided to check out this place for lunch. It's has such relaxed vibe to it. It's super simple to use your phone to start your tab and they bring everything to your table. People check in on you and clear your table. The beer is delicious. Their salads are so yummy. I recommend the Bright Penny salad with shaved beef. Their pizza is so good too. We got the Mash potato pizza. Think a loaded mashed potato on pizza. Sounds weird, but it works! Oh my goodness...I have to talk about the deviled eggs. They offer a variety of deviled eggs and you can order flights of eggs. They were so damn good, y'all. You can eat indoors or choose from a seat out on the deck, or picnic table on the lawn, or a table in the beirgarten area. A super nice place to spend a Saturday afternoon. Check this place out."

"Bought poki bowl two days in a row. The Staff are nice however for $18.50 large poki bowl and drink the portions are terrible and inconsistent. I actually received LESS fish/rice/toppings the second day I bought it.... I get it fish is expensive but rice is cheap. For that amount of money the portion should at least fill the bowl to the brim with rice, protein, topping.I'll go back to making them at home."
