Mastro's Steakhouse Thousand Oaks

Crab legs were expensive and very small. Shifted wait staff in the middle of our dinner. Creamed corn was cold.

The staff at Mastros are very attentive and our server provided great recommendations. I am a loyal customer and always enjoy dining here!

Always a pleasure to dine at Mastro’s. The food is always superb and the service was phenomenal. The manager stopped by to check on our meal and how we were being treated as well very classy.

It is the food and the atmosphere that will bring you in, and it is the people and the service that will bring you back. Bryan and his team make every visit special and familiar. Mastro's TO will remain on our regular list.

Been here numerous times. Service has never been an issue prior. Reservations for 2 longer than normal wait. Tried to seat us at next to piano, which was a request not to do when reservation was made. Asked for a different table two others were being cleared. Said those were already reserved. My lady went to use the restroom as they seated me at a table on the dinning area. I was told to have a seat they would see her ans escort her to the table. We had very unusual experience at Mastro's. My wife and I went for our 41st anniversary and had reservations at 6:30. We were promptly seated and our server came to the table. He handed us our menus, brought us water. He returned to take our drink order and we asked for bread. The drinks took forever to get, we did not get our bread and had to ask twice and were left at the table with nothing but water for about half and hour. In the meantime another group was seated next to us. The same server was helping them. Mastro's TO feels like home to us! Graciously, we know many waiters, waitresses, managers, bartenders, etc.!! We celebrated our 24th wedding anniversary last night and we were treated like VIP!
