"We decided to make a pit stop on our way back from the airport in the hopes of enjoying one of their tasty steaks slathered in cactus butter. As soon as we arrived, we were promptly seated and handed a printed, limited menu featuring a variety of appetizers, sandwiches, and burgers. We opted for cherry cola BBQ wings and pretzel sticks with queso, followed by an Irish Boss (Reuben) burger and a bacon burger. Everything was fresh and flavorful, and the staff members (Tony, Hailey, and Jenn) were fantastic! Despite being short-staffed due to several employees being out with COVID, these three individuals made it seem like they had been working together for years. A big shoutout to the team for delivering exceptional service in the face of challenging circumstances!"

My husband and I stopped for lunch on our way to camp. I had the Caribbean coconut shrimp tacos and my husband had the Baja fish tacos. Both were delicious. We were greeted at the door and seated quickly. Our waitress was excellent. Our food came fast and fresh. You have to try the coconut shrimp tacos. YUM!

The atmosphere at this restaurant was fantastic. We visited for a plant night event, and as soon as we arrived, we were warmly greeted and shown to our table. Our server was incredibly friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were excellent, and we felt that we got our money's worth. Overall, a very enjoyable dining experience at a lovely establishment. 21 leaders and scouts invaded Max Erma's after being at Laurel Caverns all day. No problem getting us all in. We had the best waitress!! Her name is Alexis! She didn't miss a beat!! Got our drinks, took our orders, kept every drink filled the entire time we were there. Ketchup, dressing, napkins she was on it!! Way to go Alexis! Thank you from all of us in Troop 112, Newton Falls, Ohio!

This place is amazing. I ordered the chicken breast with a tomato vinaigrette on top, grilled asparagus, and baked potato with butter and sour cream. Everything was amazingly good although the chicken breast was really small. What made the experience a 5 star dinner was my server. Her name was Alyssa. She was prompt, courteous, sweet, funny. Alyssa, I hope you see this...you made my day.
