The food is delicious and the service is great. The restaurant can be a bit noisy, making it hard to have conversations, but overall it is a great discovery in Atlanta.

Christopher was our server and he was awesome!! Food was also super delicious but he made our experience so much fun. Definitely a memorable dining experience and I will definitely come back when in town!

Excellent surprise! Server was polite friendly, courteous, helpful. Was there with a couple of coworkers, for employee appreciation day. The food was tasty, lots of it! Steaks were melt in your mouth, cooked exactly as ordered and expected. First time at this hidden gem, but will definitely be back in the future

Always dependable microbrewery with friendly service and great beer choices and good food. I prefer their entrees and sandwiches to their pizza, but I always enjoy this place. I have taken a number of group events here through the years, and it never disappoints. When the weather is nice, there's also a very private back patio that is wonderful. It was probably us, as we like Max Lagers and dine here every time we come to Downtown ATL. Tonight we arrived just plain old popped from work and not really in a dining mode. My husband’s burger was as good as always and he has decided the beef burger is a better choice for him as apposed to bison as the beef is much juicer. The burger was cooked exactly as ordered, medium rare. My quesadilla was just so so tonight. Actually it arrived barely warm and as we did not have follow up service, I just coped with it

Yes, the restaurant was slammed with football fans, but despite the long waits we had a fantastic time upstairs at the bar. Tania the bartender was top notch and made sure we were well taken care of while we waited for our dinner to come out. We’ve both worked in the service industry before and completely understand how stressful nights like this can be on a restaurant staff- so we were so thankful for Tania’s good humor and conversation. The wings and quesadillas really hit the spot after a busy day. We really enjoyed our time at Max Lagers and will definitely come back to try some of the pizza next time.

Great vibe and friendly servers! We were a party of 4 and got here a good half hour before our reservation. We were seated pretty quickly but the food took time. They have an interesting choice of beers. I got the cider they had on yesterday veryapple juice like taste which I liked. The hard seltzers (mango guava) were lacking a little personality and would've done wellwith some lemon/lime. The food was pretty good! We got the ribs, grilled grouper, the creole shrimp and the fried shrimp.Everything was really good but big portions!! The creole shrimp and grouper were really good. The fried shrimp was decent butwould've been better with some veggies or something that wasn't so fried or carby.... Visualizza piatti
