The service is great. The food was great. The prices were fair. Overall, it was a good experience. Portions are too big.

Ideal for Father's Day because the portions are large and strong. Airy high ceilings. Music of the type 'Frank Sinatra'. Very pleasant.

After my son's graduation, we had dinner for 13 people. Cassie set us up in the private dining room because it was too hot to be on the terrace. The food and service were excellent. It was a wonderful cap for the events of the day!

After checking the online reviews, schedule a last minute business lunch. We were not disappointed. From the provolenta (I think that's the name) and stuffed prawn starters to the delicious fillet and the spread for the rolls, our meal was delicious. Metro 8 is a fantastic choice, especially during restaurant week. They offer a 3-course meal with a steak starter for just $30! The 16-ounce churrasco steak is absolutely delicious and a great deal. My go-to dessert is the dulce de leche crepes, which I love just as much as the steak. Unfortunately, I was disappointed to find out that these crepes were no longer on the restaurant week menu, so I won't be making weekly trips during that time. However, I will definitely be returning to enjoy their regular menu offerings.

Anniversary dinner with our two children, 8 and 10. We decided to sit out on the porch on a fairly humid June evening and the ceiling fans made for a nice breeze. We find most of the restaurants are overly air-conditioned, but Metro 8 didn't seem like a fridge even when we came in - that's a big plus for me! Our waitress was very nice and attentive without getting involved. She noted that it was nice to see kids with books (and math in our conversation) instead of iPads. The steaks my husband and I ordered were as advertised and delicious. So were the pages. Our girls loved their grilled chicken. Cocktails were good and just the right strength. Highly recommended.

We have been twice in the last 2 weeks ... which describes how much we love Metro 8. The porcini mushroom noodles are my favorite along with steak and tuna. The vegetables are always so fresh and cooked perfectly. The salads are crispy and properly dressed and the wine list is huge and delicious. Perfect for dates, girls' nights or special occasions. Correctly priced for the top quality food you get. Better steaks than Angus Barn, better pasta than Maggianos and much cheaper. The terrace is our favorite dining space, but the tables inside are super romantic. We will no doubt be back soon.
