"The food is mediocre. I had multiple visits of this place but I get the same feeling everything. The staff could be more friendlier but they clearly show no interest in doing so. In one of our visits we had a chicken puff that was clearly spoiled. I honestly was not expecting this, kinda ruined our appetite. They were decent enough to refund us for it. The place has a variety of Indian snacks and the Irani chai here is good. Overall, it's probably a decent place to get some Indian snacks but they can definitely do better in treating their customers properly and having a quality check on their food."

The quality has definitely declined, and the service is poor as well. If you order two items, there's a chance they'll be delivered 30 minutes apart.

OMG, this is one of the best places for Indian sweets and snacks. Sweets are so fresh and delicious. The gulab jamuns, ras malai, barfis are very fresh. Their samosas are also very good. Last time we had pastries and it was good as well. Visualizza piatti

Before the food was good and fresh but we recently visited the bakery and ordered biryani and cake and puff the taste was pathetic. Cake was spoiled and puff was deeply fried with oil and not tasty biryani was blant.. overall bad experience

One staff with long beard was very rude it was just that I asked $10 sweets. He got annoyed he said he does not sell any 10 dollars sweet.With all the discussion I bought the sweet. He gave me spoiled sweet, that disturb my digestive system. Don’t buy from here. Very unhealthy food

I tried their chai sometime back and I liked it. After that I have come here twice to get kottu parata and it was bad both the times. I ordered chicken biriyani and it was bad too. It had burnt onions that made it even more inedible. I feel that they arevery lax about the quality of their food. Just stick with their tea and save yourself some heartburn. Visualizza piatti

The food was decent, but the customer service was terrible. I stood at the counter for a few minutes while the person behind it was preoccupied with watching a cricket match on his phone. I greeted him, but he didn't even acknowledge me. I waited for him to finish the match so that I could place my order, but my son started crying because he was hungry. I then asked the employee if I could order my food, but it seemed like his match was more important to him than serving customers. I will never return to this restaurant.

This place lacks responsibility and has zero regard for customer service! I will never return. I ordered some sweets to go, only to get home and discover that we received completely different items than what we ordered. When I returned to have the order corrected, the guy (who might be the owner or manager) acted as if there were only a few minor issues with the order—as if that’s acceptable! Be sure to double-check your order before leaving and keep your receipt (which I thankfully did). Otherwise, these scammers will take advantage of you.

"I recently dined at your establishment and, while I was looking forward to a pleasant meal, I encountered some issues that I feel need to be addressed.Upon being seated, my party and I experienced a significant delay of 25 minutes before any staff member approached us. It appeared there was some confusion over who was responsible for serving our section. This lack of attention made us feel overlooked and undervalued as customers.Additionally, the overall atmosphere suggested that the staff was under a great deal of stress, which may be indicative of deeper operational challenges. The impression was that the restaurant is struggling, which is concerning for patrons who expect a certain standard of service and dining experience.I am providing this feedback not out of dissatisfaction but in the hope that it will be constructive. "We sampled the In Prosciutto Happiness, A Lotta Burrata, and the Kale Caesar with Boquerones (a salty fish similar to anchovies). The portions were generous enough to satisfy three people. The In Prosciutto Happiness, topped with a wonderful fried egg, was particularly enjoyable. The salad was packed with flavor and paired beautifully with the pizzas. They also have a commendable selection of cocktails, wine, and beer. For dessert, we treated ourselves to a scrumptious bread pudding with caramel—rich, perfectly baked, and just sweet enough. We almost couldn’t finish it! However, I felt that a coffee would have truly enhanced the meal. While they don’t serve coffee, they kindly allow you to bring your own, which I might consider—perhaps heading to Victor's afterward for a nice cup to complete the experience. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant and encourage you to share your experiences. They are genuinely committed to keeping their menu fresh and providing quick, friendly service. Great work, team!"

"We had our wedding reception at Zaucer. Able to rent the whole restaurant and our wedding party could order anything off the menu. Served everyone quickly and food was amazing. Post-Covid, I highly recommend renting for parties or receptions!!! Offer vegan regular crust, pan crust, gluten-free crust. Great topping choices. Have many pizzas to choose from just specify vegan cheese vegan meat., If you’re in a hurry order online pick-up. I like to create my own pizza with pan crust, red sauce, vegan cheese, vegan sausage, sun dried tomatoes, jalapeños, seasoned potato wedges. Highly Recommend"

"We 've ordered from this Garlic Crush location for some two years and always enjoyed the food. However, their quality in service and portions has steadily declined. Today 's experience will be our final one. I just picked up an order that included the kid 's kefta plate which according to their website comes: with hummus. Includes a small drink, pita bread, and your choice of rice, fries, or salad. We have ordered this item before and were satisfied customers. This is why we ordered it again, and the attached photo is why we are upset. No rice and dry meat. Mistakes happen, so I called to notify staff and see if I can swing back by to pick up rice. The staff member that answered was rude and dismissive. He said that an order of extra pita (why by the way, is a separate line item on our receipt) somehow...exempted us from getting the rice we paid for? I expressed confusion, even reading off the menu description, but he double downed that the extra pita requested would exempt the rice paid for (so two purchases would give one item). Then he told me to just order (and pay again) another side of rice or reorder the kefta plate. In other words, there was no solution. Mistakes happen, things get busy, whatever. But the restaurant was not busy this afternoon and the response I got was not okay. This location has become increasingly problematic with missing items and no basic foundation of customer service. Good luck if you get what you pay for."

"We met some friends here and had a reservation for on a Friday night. The place was busy the whole time, and crowded at the door which is a pinch spot-not for claustrophobics. Happy hour prices include some small plates from a limited menu that can be ordered from any seat in the restaurant. Roasted cauliflower with no sauces was plain but healthy, and the chicken wings were good with two sauces one sweet and one mildly spicy. I picked this place for the gluten-free options and fresh sounding menu. It was good for both. The quinoa-kale salad with salmon or chicken extra was good. The waiter said they could not remove the jalapenos from the salad but we could not taste them at all. Salad was delicious. Recommend a reservation since this isn't a super big place."
