McDonald's - Piatti

I ordered an egg and cheese biscuit for my mother-in-law and they gave me a sausage biscuit. I didn't know until I got all the way home. I'll call back and they won't even answer the phone. it is good that she is not allergic to sausage. I need a refund for my order, but I think I'm going personally.

This McDonald's evening manager and shift were fantastic! They allowed our large group (such as 50 people! to come near 9PM and were so friendly and efficient to serve us all! They let us stay in the dining room and eat and we appreciate it. Thank you to all staff for your hard work! It was a treat for our children's group and we had a good time!

The service is great, the staff are very friendly and very fast and efficient. I have a favorite employee, Dakota, that illuminates my day! He is very professional and treats customers with respect and care. I come to this McDonald's very often, for the great food, great service and the wonderful staff. we went to this because the other in waynesboro is a little slow and this is newer. the restaurant was dirty, everyone table had fat and crumbling with a few tables had still müll on them. there were also dead bugs on the window board. I had a sanitizer with me grateful to use in the table. eat smart - they were sweet and I sweet tee and our double-square drink lacked a burger.

Bring your winter clothes, it is freezing in there! We stopped and got take out and it was reasonably quick even though the drive thru was super busy. I will say as an observer that while we were waiting on our order two different people had to come back in after going through the drive thru to get their order corrected. I cannot imagine that it would slow the process to verify the correct food in the bag. One was missing 4 items and still had to wait too long to have their order fixed, should have been priority 1. McDonald's offers mobile app ordering. We ordered and sat by the sign for 20 minutes. The drive thru traffic was VERT light. I went inside and our order was sitting on the counter. The lady behind the counter said sorry, she didn't have anyone to bring out the order?? Isn't that how it's advertised?? Then when I got outside, the food was ICE COLD!! I had to go back inside and complain and wait another 10 minutes to get new food, AND THAT WASN'T HOT EITHER!!! Avoid this location at all cost. It's the worst one I've ever been to

Unbelievable. I didn 't get sauce for my food so went in the lobby get some. I was perfectly polite asking the manager for some sauce please, when one of the employees yells across the store that there isn 't any so we can check the back but if there isn 't any then that 's just too bad. I 'm always nice at fast food places cause I know it 's stressful but I was never once rude and I wasn 't even talking to that man? That on top of the slow service, I 'm for sure never coming back. Oh, and there was sauce the manager got for me, so I guess the other guy didn 't actually check first time.

Came here to do a GrubHub delivery. I arrive and a not-so-nice man tells me they are no longer doing grubhub and he doesn 't know why they keep sending people and then turns his back to me. I get the message and leave, to figure out what to do next (I 've never had a restaurant unable to fulfill an order before) and get instructed to place the order manually and pay with the grubhub card. So I attempt that as well and turns out the card won 't work and the same man, again quite not-nice says he can 't help me and I need to figure it out. Now, don 't get me wrong. Yes I do and this situation sucks. But does he have to be so rude?? Here I am in a new situation and trying to figure it out but a... Visualizza piatti
